Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Austin Northwest/Research Blvd

The hotel was really nice and clean. Our room was amazing as well as the breakfast. Best place I had breakfast from all the hotels that I had stayed in. Special shoutout to Manager Daniela from Colombia who assisted me and my wife with such kindness.

The only disappointing thing was the staff in the Night Shift. We got there around 2am the clerk was really rude. Not only was he rude with me but with all the clients that needed of his assistance. For someone spending so much money, at least we would like to be welcomed.

Hotel lobby was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff who checked us in. Our room was beautiful…extra spacious and sparkling clean. Our King bed was very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. As we checked out we were again greeted with cheerful smiles by the staff and thanked again for staying with them. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to my fellow travelers!

We loved the hotel, excellent amenities, and customer service specifically the front desk host, Ricardo. He was a great host and doubled as a great tour guide! He was very polite and always very eager to help guests.

On our last day there breakfast wasn't served and we never received an explanation as to why. Room service needs improvement. Our room was full of dust and they never changed our bed sheets.

Staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The rooms were not very clean. My room has dry dog food kibble on the floor and my son's room had a dirty towel over the shower rod and toothpaste on the carpet. Did not like not having fresh towels unless you set it up 24 hours in advance. No one informed us of this at check in. Also did not like not having garbage removed from room daily. We were also not informed of this at check in. Very strange to see large garbage bags full of trash sitting out in the hallways outside each room. Not the quality of Fairfield Inns I'm used to.

my partner checked in online; then became ill with Covid. we were scheduled to arrive late. i checked; they couldnt find hers and I had to wait a long time in the lobby. I had work to complete; in the room the internet kept going out; the desk staff couldnt help; I finally gave up trying. It was just a short miserable overnite stay.

Location was great near grocery store and restaurants major Highway. They had a good breakfast with big selection waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit, and biscuits. Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend.👍

location was close to what i wanted to go

i asked if there was a closed parking for my motorcycle during the booking, but there was none. The receptionist was kind enought to let me park in fron of the entrance

Everything was great, the only problem was that on the booking it said the card info would be held until arrival, apparently somewhere along the line somebody tried to charge $ 100.00 and then the lady tried to charged the room fee but since their was a charge of $ 100.00 on it already the acct was blocked by my bank and i had to use another bank. if you guys says you are not going to charge then you guys shouldnt.

The staff was very welcoming. One of the members of the staff was heading out when she noticed us waiting to check in. She immediately returned to help us.

Nothing to report. The facilities we used were well maintained and clean, that's what is important.
