Towneplace Suites By Marriott Austin North/Lakeline

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. From the staff to the room itself, it was a wonderful first impression for my first visit to Austin. Will likely stay here again if I am in the area. The room was gorgeous and they also have some extra outdoor facilities like a fire pit and bbqs which was a bonus surprise.

Only negative thing to mention would be the elevators. It felt like the AC wasn't working in them and they had a strange smell. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

The use of space was so great! Didn't realize I would have a full kitchenette and a working desk and a great shower. Just well set up, very clean. Perfect. And, loved that there were some hot options at breakfast.

The people upstairs were loud walkers and up very late. But that isn't the hotel's fault.

Breakfast was an adequate display. The room was very accommodating was impressive as to the amities in the room. The tub in the bathroom is useless an inclosed shower would make an additional amount of room in the bathroom. That is my only complaint of the entire stay.

Your brand of coffee is terrible!

Good breakfast. Room had everything I needed. Loved the workout room. Towels were provided on all the machines and at the swimming pool.

The sheets on the bed were scratchy. Not soft at all. Need a better vent in bathroom to suck up moisture from shower. Made the room feel damp and humid.

Convenient to where I was working.

The thermostat screen was blank, so I couldn't tell what the temp was or couldn't see the adjustments I was making. I fiddled with it all night long. Not good.

I thought this was a very comfortable property. I really like Marriott and this was comfy. The breakfast was nice too and had good variety. The parking is easy too. Our room was a kitchenette and that is always very helpful Thank you!

They forgot to tell us that they didn’t service the room every day but they were accommodating with towels and toiletries

Very cozy, everything we needed, bed comfortable,staff nice and accomidating. Fire pit, Pool.

Loved everything but the shower. It's large walk in which is great but water sprays outside everywhere. Had to pile towels , so water won't make a lake and ruin floor and walls. Glass should come towards the end more to prevent that, it only goes half way. Air conditioning won't go lower than 66. If you turn higher than that it turns to heat.

Loved this hotel! Nice spacious room with a nice size refrigerator, stove, microwave. We had everything we needed within our reach. The breakfast was awesome and my 2 dogs had a nice grassy area close by to take care of business. You get a lot for your money with this hotel!!!

Great location and staff. Rooms and bed sheets were clean and comfortable. Two teens enjoyed the variety of hot food at breakfast.

There was only one bar of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Good Afternoon, we like every thing about facility, but we were amazed with the young boy at the front desk and Rosalinda at the restaurant, they give us advises and also love that you charged less than we though. Congratulations to all the staff
