Quietness Location

Room service could definitely used more attention but to be fair we were there the times lady tried to come in. She only came back once in 4 days we were there even tho we made it obvious plus said hi to make sure she knew we were stepping out. Besides that pretty good for the price.

Very clean rooms and safe location.

The staff always questioning as if someone is trying to get over on them. I know some things are necessary but when a woman and her kids come to eat breakfast I shouldn’t have been questioned the way I was about which room I was in and all that…as if we just walked in the lobby in our pjs off the streets to eat their breakfast…very uncomfortable feeling honestly.

I love the both the gentleman at the front desk both very sweet and EXTREMELY AMAZING they were very lovely every time I spoke with them made my day very shiny and delightful

The room service women took there time doing what they wanted to do rather then actually doing there job maybe if they were more focused on doing there job they would finish more on a day to day task I asked them to clean my room as I was waiting in another room they said they were making thier way there and continued to talk for an hr and continued on that same non messy room for about 50mins until it was time for them to go the didn’t clean my room and I just went and did it myself

It was very clean. I didn't see any holes or marks in the room it was very Spacious no complaints from me. I don't sleep under hotel comforters that's just me.. so I bring my own with all that being said the room was great.

They had an obvious issue of bugs so there were dead bugs in the corners of the room. I would highly recommend that the cleaning crew do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

The location is amazing near to highway and katy mills mall, restaurants, movie theater, Walmart super center, typhoon water park, best value for your dollar, hotel is clean, has microwave and fridge in room, staff is friendly too. I was impressed with everything and was very affordable for our last minute getaway

It didn't have a pool

The staff is amazing, so nice and willing to help! Minal was especially great, if I needed anything, all I had to do was ask her and she went above and beyond. The lady in charge of breakfast and the housekeeping staff, was also fantastic and helpful (wish I had gotten her name). All around, my favorite hotel in Katy, TX.

rooms were clean and well kept

rooms were a little small not many places to place your bags so i had to use the desk they want you to eat breakfast in the front instead of your room

This place is either brand new or like brand new. Very nice. Everything is up-to-date and modern. Such a refreshing place to stay.

The top sheet was on top of the blanket but no big deal I just fixed it. Everything else was perfect. No complaints.

The facility is clean with exceptional staffs. Perfect location close to a mall and several stores.

Nothing that I didn't like.
