Aloft Katy Mills

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, Room was clean, it was right across the street from the Mall and restaurants were near by. Property itself was also well kept in and outside. When i went to wash my hair i noticed that there was not a conditioner option. It looked like they mistakenly replaced the conditioner with a second Body soap container instead. Thankfully, I had back up. ( oops :) Mistakes happen)

They had a pet fee unlike some of the other Alofts, However, it was reasonable priced! So I cant complain to much :) Aside from that , I cant think of any other areas they can improve on. Great property!

Items from menu are not available . Towels not available for pool . Some of staff were very nice some were kinda short with me. Our remote was broken like cracked and no one was ever at front desk to answer in regard to notifying them and getting a new one. Ice machine was out of order on our floor.Bar was never open only when we arrived and they had the lobby packed with people buying clothes and doing comedy in Spanish .

The property was very beautiful, with very modern decorations.

The walls are extremely thin, you could practically hear the neighbors whispering. Also you can hear the people above you walking all night if they choose to, so I’d highly recommend requesting the top floor always. Lastly, the beds are hooked to the walls by metal clamps, these clamps are loud and squeaky so any sudden movements will likely wake you if you’re a light sleeper. 2 of the 3 nights we stayed the bar also wasn’t open, that was quite disappointing.

I am not a smoker so I really was happy to find out there was no smoking tolerated on promises.

When I have stayed in Hotels in pass time there was a bathroom door, how ever it was not a inconvenience but the refrigerator did not work until I called the office I believed that the front desk turned the refrigerator on.... if that was the case that's fine but Friday night no refrigerator. I just feel like the front desk should have told me that at time of check in.

Coolest hotel I’ve ever went to very homie didn’t seem like I was in a hotel felt like I was at home in my room just hanging out. Everything was clean, staff were very helpful and nice. Bar was great open till 1 😊 we love that !! Room was great and decorations and ashtetic was beautiful here I lived my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

There was one rude employee last day maybe he was having a bad day but the other staff helped me out instead and made it great. Other than that everything was perfect

The location, and it's usually quiet. The hotel and rooms are always clean. I have never had a problem with check in, or with bringing my pet.

Really there's only a couple things I didn't like. The first is the bar is inconsistently open, and after a long day out and about it's sometimes nice to sit in the lobby and enjoy a drink.

I liked the friendly staff and that the lobby accommodations were open 24/7. The pool table was open to play 24/7, but it needs baby powder or white chalk for players hands. I would definitely consider returning. The staff had excellent customer service. I had fun teaching my son how to play pool for the first time. Great Service with Friendly Smiles!

There was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby everyone shared.

This property is all around magnificent! From check in, to the first staff member we were greeted by, and all throughout the stay was wonderful! And the beds were so comfy we didn’t want to get out of bed! It was in such a great location as well! The amenities were also awesome! It was great how it is also pet friendly and that the price is based on size. The property is very well maintained. Anytime we are in the area of Katy we will definitely stay here again no question about it! Thank you all for the great hospitality!

I visited from Florida. The Front desk Staff was exceptional, polite & welcoming💜 The rooms were nice & clean as well as the facility as a whole. If your looking for a place away from home, this is surely one spot in Katy I highly recommend, also I left my blanket with pictures of my beloved brother that passed away in February of this year on it, they have it and are awaiting pick up. Thank You to all of the Aloft staff for doing an awesome job‼️
