The breakfast was good. Would be nice to have alternative meats....like sausage one day, bacon the next. etc. The staff forgot to tell us that the time of the breakfast changed on Monday. We missed the breakfast on Monday because we though it was available every day until 10AM. Location was great for what we needed. 5 minutes drive from my brother's apartment so easy for my sister-in-law to pick us up.

Needed clarification on breakfast times during the week.

I like the cleanliness and how quiet the hotel was. It has a really nice modern look to it.

No microwaves in the rooms so it was inconvenient to come downstairs and use the shared microwave. Your staff is very professional but I wouldn't exactly call them welcoming (i.e. smile).

The room and bathroom size. Comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping.

Cleaning needs to be improved. Front Desk assistants could be friendlier.

The location was perfect the rooms were clean and simple and the breakfast was outstanding for my family.

I did find that the beds were supposed to be Queen size but they seem more like they were full size instead of Queen size bed I had an issue with booking because I wanted 3 rooms And have 2 of them be doubles and one be king but I wasn't able to have that option.

Great location right off of I-10. Several shops and restaurants nearby. The facility was very clean and well maintained. This is quickly becoming our go to chain for one night stays on long trips.

You had to loop around under the interstate to get back to most of the restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was well lit, but not so much the area around it.

The rooms were nice. The location was awesome! There was continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I like that they let us check in super late because we evacuated from New Orleans because of the hurricane and we were stuck in traffic.

I didn't like that there wasn't a pool or sitting area outside of the hotel. I also didn't like that there wasn't a mini freezer in the refrigerator in the room so I had to put my breastmilk in the kitchen downstairs.

The front desk clerk ask me which floor would I like to be on I said one she said we don't have anything available on one or why offer when you know you don't have the availability I thought she should have said now I apologize if you don't have anything on one what's wrong with you like two or three

my only issue in our bedroom the blinds would not go down all the way. That is just me because I do like a dark bedroom when I sleep.

Breakfast can have a bit more variety like whole wheat bread. Check in was excellent. Karen was very professional and caring while checking us in. She is an asset to the company. Outstanding!

There was a young lady at the front desk when I checked in. She mentioned she just moved here from Idaho. Not only was she polite and personable but she also looked like she belonged on TV. Very pretty smile. It's always nice to get someone that's easy to talk to when first arriving.

The front counter should have disposable masks to provide to their guests. I had forgotten mine at a restaurant and when I got back to hotel asked the front desk. They didn't have any.
