Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Katy (Houston West), TX

Staff was great. We had to check in late and they were very welcoming. Location is amazing - close to the mall, a Walmart, a Goodwill and a Dollar Tree! The room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was ok - just enough to get you going for the day.

I think our room needed a maintenance check - the temperature did not regulate and our room stayed very warm.

David (at the front desk) was very helpful, super kind, and extremely accommodating! I really appreciated his attention to detail and his desire to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. He came to the room to help with the cable box and remote when we couldn't get our TV to work properly. He even offered to set us out a breakfast plate/"to go" sack a bit early since we had to leave before breakfast was served. What a gem!

The room could've been cleaner. The bathroom had something on the wall near the toilet, and part of the wall was coming off in the bathroom. The corners of the shower were grimy and the high touch areas of the room were kind of dirty (remote, fixtures). I wiped down the room with my own wipes to be sure things were clean. The bed and sheets were very clean, so no worries there.

Shuttle was booked to get to the wedding I needed to attend. Nowhere did I see that you needed to book it in advance. There are stains on the carpet. Tub/shower was slippery. Whatever is on the bottom didn't help

My room was never cleaned well. Once they took the blanket off my bed and left it on the floor. No toilet paper and they removed my pillows out of the room. They never dusted or vacuumed. I stayed there for 3 weeks so i bought cleaning supplies to clean myself.

I always stay there and love it

I had a expired ID and the man on Friday at around 7 pm was telling me I couldn’t stay ! I had made reservations and I told him look this is where we stay all the time my kids like it and so do me and my husband that’s the only thing I don’t like

Overall it was a regular experience, the room was regular and we were able to rest after a tiring day.

The Hotel was below our expectations for a Country Inn. We stayed in other Country Inn in other city in the past, and it was much better. The Hotel was full due to accommodating a basketball team and the breakfast was a little bit chaotic with very few items and so many people at the same time. There was not enough space.

I appreciate the later-than-usual checkout time of 12 pm and breakfast availability of 10:30 am.

No real fix for it, but I wish there was more parking at this site so that overflow to adjacent sites wasn't required. I will say, though, that while it's always tight, I've never actually had to do that yet.

Great room and shower. It was very quiet. The room was very clean. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located to the Katy Mills Mall and AMC movie theater.

My spouse enjoyed the bed, but it was not soft enough for me. I have body pain and felt as though I was sleeping on a board. There was no plug in the tub so I could not take a hot soak to relieve pain.

Price is very good! The staff is always super nice. Great location if you don’t want to get too into town. Definitely worth the money. Zero complaints with my 2 experiences.

None, everything was perfect

Very much enjoyed the abundant breakfast Breakfast!! We also enjoyed the size of the King Suite we reserved. The Hotel location was perfect for our needs. Parking was plentiful too. The staff were very friendly
