Comfort Suites Katy

The room was surprisingly spacious and smelled really good everytime we entered from being out. I could not have asked for a better location. We shared a parking lot with Walmart. Which came in handy for my little ones as well as my sister's. To top it off there was breakfast Thanksgiving morning. Wonderful.

Our room's air didn't constantly work. Because the temperature was so pleasant when we stayed I think we only noticed it once because I seemed a little stuffy. However, for the most part I could deal just fine.

how can I put this. I have been blessed to been able to travel the world. I have never stayed at a cleaner more welcoming hotel and suites better than this one. If there was one thing I could come up with it would be to stay that breakfast left a lot to be desired. It is very convenient To freeways, restaurants, a large mall and amusement facilities for the children. Then you have the hotel staff which is very friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend this facility any higher than say I’ve stayed here about six times and will rig mean coming back.

Their breakfast was not something I would like to say it is not good. There are a lot more alternatives.

The breakfast was horrible. Watery eggs, no oatmeal, and only pork sausage options were disappointing. I chose this location because it lists a hot breakfast, but I had to purchase breakfast anyway given that his breakfast was horrible. Pls have more non-pork protein options for guests and at least make good tasting food. Thank you

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located!

Night desk staff member. We got a pizza later in the evening and asked for some plastic cutlery. The night desk clerk was on his personal cell phone and was irritated that we interrupted him. He stated they had no plastic ware. The room for continental breakfast was literally next to him. I personally walked in for forks myself.

The staff was kind, nice and helpful. Emma at the reception and Gina at the Breakfast room were very attentive to my personal needs. I recommend this Hotel : it has a great location in Katy Mills and the price was right and affordable.

The breakfast could have been better and with more choices.

Tiffany checked us in quickly and helped us with food choices. She was very friendly. We had enough towels to bathe with and picked up some for the pool at the front desk. Morning staff was polite, not overly talkative. The place was clean, the bed was nice and the A/C was cold. Nice for our overnight stay.

Even though I didn't pick the place because of a free breakfast, it was rather skimpy. Omelettes and breakfast burritos for you to microwave, some packaged muffins and not hot enough coffee. The hot tub was broken as well. BUT, there was a donut shop next door with good, hot coffee. That's really all the negative I have.

we have stayed at this property for over a half a dozen times and only one time had a problem with the TV. However the cleanliness, the friendliness of their staff tomorrow and how they sent over to help to elderly disabled people will not be long forgotten. Every time the hotel was prepared and presented itself in the best manner capable.

I have absolutely no cons.

Excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The breakfast was good; eggs, sausage, toast, cereals and waffles shaped like Texas! Very complete breakfast. The front desk people were excellent and a joy to work with.

The bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner. I stuck. The room had a funky smell.

We liked that it was a Hampton Inn

The pool seemed overly packed as if one family/person had reservation and then invited the whole wxtended family/friends into pool gate. No room for other guests... Walls are super thin, could hear loud laughing and talking from next room til 12 a.m

We was given a room downstairs and close for my elderly mother. Our A/C wasnt working properly so they installed a new one as we watched in about 10mins. They brought us and new bathtub chair. It was amazing. Will definitely stay at another comfort suites
