Quality Inn Richmond Airport

It was clean. Staff was friendly.

Disappointed that there was no coffee available (unless I wanted to make it myself in the room.) The breakfast was essentially a doggie bag of items I could pick up at a gas station. Not sure if this is left-over from Covid restrictions? The tv channel selection was very limited. Good thing I was too tired to watch tv

Staff was very nice and helpful. The clerk carried my luggage to my room on the second floor as there is no elevator. They let me check in a little early. The next morning the clerk helped me get a ride to the airport when my taxi canceled my ride 5 mins after the pick up time. 5 mins

No elevator ans they advertise on all their adds and even the books in the rooms that they have airport shuttle or transportation when in fact they have none. A little false advertising got my business. I would not have picked this hotel if I had lknown that. I was trying ro save the taxi problem.

The bedroom decor

There was some sort of construction in the room where part of the wall was cut out like a box the size a small child can fit into but it was closed. Tho was located next to the first bed on the left. Kind of creepy.

i didn't eat and the stay was not long enough.... i wanted to stay for 6 days but i was told i could only stay for 3 and i would have to wait 6 months before i could stay another 3 days

I enjoy this hotel and this is my go to choice each time I go to Virginia. The staff always go up and above making your stay comfortable.

Needed the exercise but would have liked to had usage of an elevator (smile)

The staff was so nice and really went above and beyond. Good location. Very clean

Not there fault a fight broke out among guests at 3am and woke the whole first floor up. They handled it but I was already woke up.

Great location, great value, clean, comfortable and excellent breakfast.

The coffee machine at the continental breakfast was not available. The young woman caring for the area profusely apologized, as it had been broken for a few days and she was awaiting its replacement.

They had good breakfast not waffles or sausage like another one I stayed at traveling there but great muffins , apples. Location was good.

It could use some renovations the rooms. Could have more breakfast options.

It was clean and well kept

Did not like the fact that I had to pay and additional $100 deposit before I could check in. Had to go across street to use atm in order to secure said deposit.

Staff were so friendly and polite.

Upon entering our bathroom, there was a lot of hair on the floor behind the bathroom door. I removed it and other than that, the room was very clean.
