Parking is free and attached to the property, close to the airport. There are gas stations, fast food restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast is provided and rooms are kept clean.

I was going to use the coin washing machine late at night, but I didn't have a quarter, so I wanted to exchange money at the front desk, but the front desk didn't have a quarter ready and I was instructed to go to a nearby 7-Eleven…If the hotel offers coin washing machines, I think you should prepare to exchange money… There was no ice scoop in the ice machine on the 4th floor, so I was at a loss as to why to get it…I had no choice but to scoop it up with a paper cup prepared in the room… It was very disappointing that two female staff members at the time of check-out treated me languidly and bluntly.The front desk is a place that impresses the hotel, so I think you should pay attention to customer service!!

The man at the desk who provided transportation to the Airport was most helpful and courteous. His help made what is the tedious effort of getting to the airport most enjoyable. Even more, when we arrived back it was very late (actually early morning) the same man was on duty. He was kind enough to come and get us anyway. Once again his help made a very long trip back end in a most positive way. We cannot thank him enough. Because of this man's efforts we would definitely recommend this Best Western to others.

Check in quick and painless with competent desk clerk. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Showerhead had a hand jet attachment which was nice. Breakfast spread was good, with healthy options.

There was some wear and tear (janky doors, scuff marks here and there) in room but overall, quarters more than satisfactory. Walking down hall for first time to room, heard lots of loud TVs and music, which gave me pause, but once in room and in bed, didn't hear anything that disturbed my privacy or sleep. Water pressure in shower not the highest, and showerhead was plastic and easily breakable but held together despite my fears. So overall, not bad!

The breakfast was amazing! Staff were all extremely nice and generous, the pool was well clean! No hassle at all with getting a late checkout as well :) Overall it was a really great stay!

We had to switch rooms when we first arrived due to a smokey smell, and the room we kept did still have a smell but it wasn't smokey or anything like that.

good location to airport. helpful and friendly staff (especially van driver) room was clean and bed very comfortable . Liked the grab and go breakfast for those on very early flights.

Was under the impression from their website that leaving my car there for the duration of my trip (5 days) there was no charge but found out upon arrival there was a $5.00 per day fee.

It’s not too far from the I-95 south, we stopped here on our way to Florida, it’s pet friendly and they are offering breakfast which had a little bit of everything just in an small area and gets crowded. Our room was clean and very welcoming our cat is BIG with smells but she was just fine which is huge for us. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Some parts of the hotel could really use some maintenance. We spotted some water damage in our bathroom underneath the sink or some hallways areas close to the ceiling and they could potentially repaint and maintain those areas.

The room was very clean and the bedding very comfortable; the AC was great. Bathroom OK. The airport shuttle was on time and the operator was excellent. We wanted a hotel that had a free airport shuttle as we had to leave at 5 am for our flight. The room had a small fridge and a microwave.

the ice machine on our floor didn't work and the coke machine was out of service. My husband bought a soda from the front desk.

The room was extraordinary clean. I thought I was a reward member but the clerk didn’t ask possibly because it was 10 people waiting to get checked in. It was only one person working at the front desk.It was pretty late as well. The host did the best he could. He was a nice young man.

The staff were exceptional. I arrived at 1:30 a.m. and your staff found a way for me to get to the hotel as no cabs, uber or any transportation was available. I will be forever grateful for his help. The breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, cereal what you would expect to have.

The carpet was worn and really pulled the "look" down otherwise my room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The courtesy shuttle was ready when we needed it. Had a workout facility on the premises. The staff was very nice and helpful. Missed breakfast because we left so early but they had coffee available for our departure. Courtesy shuttle driver was really nice for 3:30 in the morning.

Elevator was a bit strange. Would get stuck at times on a floor before it would allow us to board. Button had to be pressed several times to override and get it to work.
