the staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable.
the indoor pool was closed for maintenance the entire stay which was a huge inconvenience. My family and I were traveling from out of town(with a small child) and chose this hotel for the indoor pool.

I was having a horrible experience traveling with Greyhound bus line!!! They made me stand outside in the cold for 4 hours in Roanoke, then they were going to delay me 6 more hours in Richmond. I found a flight and your hotel, you saved me! My room was so clean, my shower was so good and my bed was so comfortable and your staff is the best!

Tiffany at the front desk is amazing and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a guest in our group that required handicap accessible accommodations and Tiffany went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. We totally appreciate her!
No daily housekeeping or room cleaning, but it is during Covid, so I understand.

The pool was closed and we had young ones with us - wish they would have given us fresh towels daily and refilled the coffee.

What I like the most was the staff. The young man when I checked and it was helpful and the Lady was so so nice and helpful when I checked out
The only thing I didn’t like was the bench in the shower. I’m paralyzed and it was just a little hard for me to balance on it and shower

I liked how close it was to the airport.
I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I felt it should be. I’m a Hilton member and this was the first time I felt the bathroom wasn’t that clean.

We thought breakfast was included but when we went to leave, she charged 17.99 for 2 slices of french toast.

Hilton next door was down technology wise, so they sent us next door to Double Tree. Transition was flawless. Staff, accommodations, coffee, flexibility, airport shuttle, friendly, everything was great.
Next street over was sketchy, so was a little apprehensive walking to convenience store at night, but that’s not your fault. Food options for dinner were scarce.
