Staff, quiet ,secure

Sheets and pillow cases not clean . Found some underwear and socks on one of the rooms, dirty towels behind the bathroom door and on the floor... Door was open when I got there on one of the room.. other then that everything else was really good.. 👍

Overnight stop off prior to flight - the reception staff were very helpful in meeting our needs - we required 3 beds for 4 adults - although we booked a room with 2 x queens beds and a sofa bed in the lounge - there were no such rooms within this complex - the reception staff did everything they could, but did not have the authority to make the changes themselves so I rebooks 2 rooms and the reception staff managed the rest

don't offer a facility with capacity for 3 beds (Adult size) if there don't exist

It was nice a have a little garden nearby. Ice making machine.

The pool doesn’t work. We stayed there for 5 nights and it wasn’t fixed even then. The worst thing is that there is laundry with washer and dryer, but there’s NOT even single opportunity to get laundry detergent at vending machines or front desk. And it seems like people been washing their clothes without any soap for long period of time and then drying it so everything looks soo dirty(((

Clean, comfortable, and even though we were checked into the incorrect room, we were very pleased with the room we were given, and the price difference was adjusted upon check out. When we decided we wanted to stay an additional night, the service receptionists made it happen with ease.

On our second visit, the receptionist struggled a bit to check us in, had to search for an extra key and didn't have an extra set of clean towels for a second person. Still overall a great stay.

The rooms were clean, everything worked, very comfortable

The fact that when we got there, we had to wait because the front desk person wasn't available and left a note that said be back in 30 min, which we didn't know when she'd actually left, and there was already a couple waiting who had been there a while. Thankfully, the housekeeping supervisor walked in and was able to get us all checked in.

The room was large and dark, nice and quiet. It's a fairly isolated area, so no trouble to worry about; it's a great place to hide.

At the bottom of a giant hill, don't bus here. There was no hot water in my room, but it seemed to be an outlier so I wouldn't factor that into your decision making process.

overall offers value for budget traveller. Location bit of drive to sights but located right off freeway so can get around area. good size room with comfortable bed.

Was looking for Oyo but still had Econolodge signs so didn’t know we had arrived until went into reception and there was a homemade Oyo sign on counter. Wi-Fi slow as a wet week in Seattle.

The woman that checked us in was very polite and prompt and gave us great directions on how to get to our room. I love that it's close to the big city but in a quiet area. Room is decently sized and the soaps all smell amazing.

There was a McDonald's cup from a previous guest in the mini fridge.

Great location, beds are comfy, staff was nice. Staff all seem to be college kids there was about six of them running around but they were awesome and very helpful. Looks like they're doing some renovations this should be a pretty awesome hotel when they're done.

Shower was a bit sketchy sometimes it was hot sometimes it was cold.

I booked a 2 bed and a sofabed,we didn't get that

booking needs to keep in touch with the hotel. We didn't get that 2 bed and the sofa bed.how the app said When we did the booking. Different stories when you do the booking when you get to the hotel disappointed.
