Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle-Issaquah

Breakfast was good with variety built in. The location was really pleasant with some walking trails nearby. Close to shopping and dining. Easy Interstate access also. The hotel had laundry facilities, but their web site didn't indicate that. The landscaping was very nice.

There is a Wednesday night social time, but it used to be nightly during the week, at least as documented in the in-room information book. I guess I don't understand why Wednesday night stays get something other nights don't.

This was my second stay, and I LOVE the room, the staff, the breakfast, the amenities (grandkids give the pool 5 stars) and the location. Great value. Room is so spacious, and a full fridge and kitchen.

Easy find off interstate. Extremely pleasant staff at Desk (Pat and rest of crew), helpful directions to places, gave me Band-Aid for small skin cut, easy check-in and check-out. Allowed me to check in early and offered choices of floors and views from room at check-in. Fair price.

first breakfast out of coffee, overcooked sausage, long wait for single waffle maker. Had good selection of fruit and cereals, nice potato and omelet.

The location was very convenient to the highway and the functions we were attending. It was very nice to have a great breakfast waiting for us downstairs. Our shower backed up but the staff was right on the fix and had it repaired before our return. Good job!

The shower was nice but would've preferred a combination tub/shower for private soaking in the room.

We needed one night out of our house and found this place. Biggest hit for our kids is that the pool area was open! One family at a time and cleaning in between, it was wonderful! First time in a pool in 1 year!! The room was awesome, had a full kitchen which is so handy with 2 small kids! Room was huge! The staff was super lovely and accommodating! Breakfast was simple but good with the Covid circumstances, but was perfect for us. The dining area is huge and spacious and really lovely!

Not that I didn’t like the beautiful shower but there wasn’t a bath which wasn’t a big deal because it was only 1 night but if we were there a bit longer it would have been an issue for that room specially. Other than that, everything was great!

Our room was a spacious, quiet, one room king suite. The facilities were great, the location was close to the transportation station and perfect for tourist travel without a rental car.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the 24 hr snack section had a lot of variety. Very clean rooms and entire facility.

The pillows were not very comfortable and our bathroom light didn't work from about 9:15pm until morning. Not sure what happened there.

The property was very nice. The Staff was hit and miss. Some where outstanding and others didn’t know you where in the room. I had two requests while I was there. Fresh towels on our four day. I stood there while they helped others. I finally walked away and came back later. Waited almost 20 minutes at breakfast for them to replace the coffee cups. Asked twice, left again and on my third return a gentleman that came up to the desk jumped right on it and got them for me.

Breakfast was ok for a cold breakfast but they have not transitioned yet to a hot breakfast after the Covid reopening. The coffee is available 24/7 which is a big plus, but even though they are in the Seattle area, they just serve cheap coffee and not good coffee.

They could easily serve good coffee from a Northwest coffee roaster but it is really not very good (or standard hotel coffee you could say). The bed was soft to me, but for some people this would be a plus.

The room was clean and roomy. The staff was friendly enough and assisted me when I had any issue come up, like the tv not working in my room. The location of the hotel was convenient and close to restaurants and grocery store, which was nice. They had a fairly nice breakfast display considering Covid-19 limitations, much better than what I saw at other hotels.

Breakfast was okay considering. Didn't get to actually enjoy their normal breakfast due to Covid, so I feel like that should have been reduced from the price for the hotel stay--but overall not a huge deal. Wasn't able to use the pool either. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped, it was a bit stiff and not very soft. I also got a room with a tv that didn't work, as well as the tv remote, but maintenance was able to get it the tv to turn on the next day.
