The big stuff was covered: Clean (including clean floor - no carpet), quiet - older property but we did not hear our neighbors, comfortable, responsive and accommodating, secure, big room, microwave and mini fridge, aircon, balcony, free parking, great location

Minor, aesthetic stuff: Creaky beds (but comfortable!); tired decorations and furnishings; rips in the balcony screen door; no elevator; the fact that they have smoking rooms worried me (I'm very sensitive to smoke) but our non-smoking room amazingly had no trace/ no smell of smoke

I don't think breakfast was included. If it was, We weren't told about it. It was quiet and comfortable. It was very convenient for off and on the freeway.

The bed was noisy. Every time You rolled over, it made funny noises. It wasn't very close to food other than a chicken place the wasn't always open. They used to have a restaurant across the road from the hotel but it must have closed. It was in with a Truck Stop. The Truck Stop was there but not the restaurant.

The bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back. It was an excellent location for handicap with easy access to the parking lot. We were only there for only one night and everything was adequate.

I did miss not having cups in the bathroom. For a longer stay, it would have been nice to have the refrigerator turned on and cold.

After a long travel day, this place really fit the bill. The room was super clean, recent updates apparent throughout, and the beds were comfortable. The property is a little older and there aren’t a lot of frills, but we weren’t looking for frills and it was a great value! I had called earlier in the day to let them know that we would be late due to delayed flights and was told very kindly that it was no problem and someone would be there to take care of us whenever we arrived. We received a very warm genuine welcome by the lady at the front desk when we got there. Good customer service is so important and appreciated - especially these days!

I heave stayed here before. Diseregard any bad review posted here. This is a nice inn at a good location . The room I stayed in was clean and I. Order . The staff was friendly and helpful . The coiffed was ready at 4:30 am. Can’t go wrong here folks.

Very accommodating, treat us well, close to the snowfalls casino, has smoking in the rooms, no one else does

Rooms for the smoking guests smell awful, they could use some deodorizing, and remodeled, the office looks nice, but the rooms are all old with old beds, not comfortable to sleep in

The inn has seen better days. That said, the staff was awesome, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The inn could use exterior updating but I was extremely relaxed and the staff was so friendly that I can overlook the exterior. I've stayed at a lot of high end places but what makes a great place to stay is the people and the mattresses. Both were great. Get a room with a balcony, it's worth it.

Nice clean room. Small but adequate. Older motel but in good condition. Good for odor for asthma and allergy sensitive people. Comfortable beds for a one night stay on the road.

There were fires in area and thick smoke outside which was very difficult for asthma. Room was fine and air conditioning kept room reasonable. Good motel, but if you have asthma/allergies sensitive to smoke do not stop in area when fires.

Room was clean and smelled mildly of bleach. During covid I can not complain about the use of heavy duty cleaners. Plenty of hot water, jacuzzi was clean, bed was comfortable. A bit noisy but I imagine that’s due to the lack of carpet. Carpet is gross to begin with so again, I didn’t mind the noise. Staff was exceptionally pleasant, we were a bit early for check in and the front desk lady was a bit worried our room may not be clean yet, I told her not to worry, we could wait, but the room was indeed clean when we arrived. Lots of pillows and towels in the room and the courtesy toiletries weren’t terrible. I have no complaints and look forward to the next tournament so we can stay again. I did notice people complaining that the rooms were expensive for what they are, but you have to remember where we are at. Anything cheaper and you’d wind up staying in an icky room in a shady part of the county.

Nothing, our stay was great!

I booked this hotel so I could come to my friends wedding. I hadn’t seen her in 10 years. The hotel staff were amazing. They also quite literally saved the day! My friend was supposed to get ready at one place that fell through at the last minute. So I asked if I could have an extended late checkout. The staff was very nice and helped save my friends wedding! I know the next time I come visit, I’ll stay here for sure!!
