Richland Inn and Suites

Everyone was great, and extremely helpful.

We needed to extend our stay, do to the job going over the time. They raised the rates from 85$ a night to 125$ a night.Wouldnt give us the same rate for the 2 rooms.. We could've stayed at the Hampton or the Hilton for 10$ a night more. We will be back to tri-cities for another job in the near future and will not stay here.

I was in town for my 50th High School Class Reunion and knew that I planned to do a lot of walking. The location was perfect and the rooms were beautiful after a recent renovation.

There is still some construction in progress and the hotel had difficulty finding an iron and ironing board which I'm used to having as an amenity in my hotel rooms.

Our room had just been refurbished so it was like new. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and table so we were able to eat breakfast and dinner in our room saving money. It was perfect for us.

They are going through a refurbishing so things are not completed yet, like the pool wasn't open. But we probably wouldn't have used it anyway.

The room was clean and very well air conditioned (115 degree days), and water pressure in the shower was great. The manager was helpful and gave a great recommendation for a walk on the Urban Greenbelt Trail near the hotel.

Would have preferred granola bars rather than big "Costco" size muffins. But nice to have a breakfast offering anyway.

This motel is close to my family that I'm visiting. Staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean. It's not fancy and elegant however, I'd rather have economical than the latest decor. The first room i was given smelled like someone had been smoking in it and when I told Danny about it he gave me another room. He was pleasant and even have me an upgraded room. He also offered to help me in with my baggage! That is something that's never happened in a motel!

This sounds very 'nit-picky'... there was a long black hair on the shower mat when I spread it out on the floor. I know, I'm sounding trivial!!!! I was a custodian for years and worked privately cleaning for people for many years and I notice those things. So, overall, if my only complaint is a HAIR, I really don't have anything negative to say! I'll stay here next time I come through town.

I left my dress shirt there and they put it in the back office and the owners said they won't send out to me, why? I don't know why, they're lazy as hell. So one of the employees was nice enough to send to me. Hell if I will ever stay there again

Good value for the price. Clean.

Air conditioner buttons didn’t work properly, once an employee identified what I needed to do differently it was fine. Could use better sound insulation.

The pillow was perfect for me. Most are overstuffed and uncomfortable. Of course it may not be your preference. The facility was quiet. I rarely experience that at value priced hotels. The staff was professional and courteous.

The various repairs seemed to be poorly done.

There was no breakfast but we did not expect any. We liked the kingsize bed. The location is great as we like to do the river walk. The staff was nice. There were no loud people there and the manager said they try to keep out drugs and loud parties. We appreciated that very much.

We did not have any negative comments.

No frills. Everything was clean and everything worked. I was very busy and only spent the nights sleeping so was totally pleased with my stay.
