Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland

The room had everything you could need and then some...and a kitchen...a huge bedroom and bathroom with a door...amazing breakfast and different entree choices every day...and the front desk guys and the night shift guy, Kenny...are five stars beyond amazing...you all made me feel like a princess in a castle 🏰...bless you from the bottom of my heart ♥!!!

This is our second visit within 2 months. Excellent stay as per previous visit. I’ve found it to be the best place to stopover in the Hermiston- Richland - Yakima area. Very comfortable, very spacious suite with well equipped kitchenette including full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Everything felt pretty new and well maintained. King size bed extremely comfortable, plentiful pillows and large side tables. Large spacious bathroom with excellent hot water and pressure for large shower. Check-in very smooth. No waiting in lines. Plentiful secure parking outside lobby. Street facing rooms not as quiet as Courtyard facing room, early evening, but after 11pm, was very quiet. Blackout curtains very good. Location very pleasant. Columbia River-front with 9 mile Riverside Walking/Biking Trail and large park outside back door. Planning a return visit in the near future.

The breakfast and variety of breakfast items was excellent. The staff was superb.

There was an issue between the hotel not having our reservation which we made through Booking.com. This caused a minor issue which was accommodated to the best of the hotel's ability. We had asked for a single king room and ended up with a double queen.

Got a river view. Had the Wed night supper. 3 days of breakfast. Very good for hotel . Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Had problem checking in. Used a booking app but reservation wasn't there when I tried to check in. Calvin at front desk called and got it straightened out. It was 5:00 o'clock and fairly busy. Great employee.

The breakfast was delicious! Every one of the staff we met was friendly and accommodating!

The garbage can for the kitchen was way too small and our garbage disposal didn't work - probably because the guest before us put coffee creamer pods down it (we dug 3 out of disposal.) We also could have used at least 1 more dish cloth and dish towel + we only had 1 packet of dishwasher detergent.

Extensive travel during the past year using only Airbnb Superhost self catering units. This suite was superior to most of those. We will be using Homewood suites more frequently in the future.

The location was perfect! We were right on the water and enjoyed the beautiful walk on the river front; stopped at the playground for the little to play! There were restaurants near by, from upscale to basic fast food! It was close to the freeway so accessing our other interests were easily done. The property had a beautiful pool area, a nice workout space, a great library to pick out a good book and to curl up and read in comfy chaos if you need that! There was even a billiard room!!! We didn’t play but if my older kids were with me they would’ve loved it!! The pool area had several seating options in the sun and shade and a BBQ to cook and eat outside! There was a breakfast room where because of covid you ordered off the chalk board menu but it was really good for a buffet style breakfast! They also offered a grab and go dinner…we did not take advantage of it but it looked ok. Our room was on the second floor which was awesome as that is where ALL the amenities were (yes the pool too)! Our room was awesome!!! We upgraded to a 2 bedroom with a main room and a mini kitchen (fully stocked)! It was soooo great! We were so comfortable and had plenty of space to move around. The beds were really comfortable and super spacious bathrooms. I think it may have been an ADA room.

I really loved everything about this property except for the fact that it did not have a spa/hot tub! Apparently they bought the property and it wasn’t working, they made several attempts to fix it to no avail!! It would be nice to know that in the future as a lot of people like to use them to relax as they travel! But other than that it was great!

The staff was welcoming. The room was in a convenient location to be able to take our dog out easily to a park. The breakfast included in the room was the standard and tasty. The pool was the perfect temperature to swim in and our room was extremely clean.

Great location next to the river and restaurants and a big and well equipped room.

There was a humming noice coming from the laundry dryer, which would have disturbed had I been in the room during the day.
