Best Western Plus The Inn at Horse Heaven

The facility was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was fantastic! Omelet bar, oatmeal, waffles, scrabble eggs, sausage, baskets and gravy, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea....Our room was right next to the lobby door which squeaked with every use and the bed was so soft it hurt my back I had to sleep on the floor to stop the hurting. I realize that's a personal problem, just saying. But we.really like the place.

The location is away from noise and people which we liked. The breakfast was a little bland but at least it was offered. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable and whoever cleaned the room, we noticed her attention to detail. We really enjoyed the historical pictures of Prosser in the hallways. It added a sense of pride for the city and what people lived like while growing Prosser into what it is today. We liked the outdoor gazebo. Booking was simple, even I could do it. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

There was a creek in the floorboard, that’s minor. The vending machines were nearly empty but we brought our own snacks. There’s not much we didn’t like.

The breakfast was amazing & what a surprise to be able to order custom made omelets! Many other delicious options as well. Coffee in the entry was delicious and nice to be able to grab a cup passing through at any point. All of the staff was incredible! Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast area and even sitting in the main office when we came in was friendly and kind! What a breath of fresh air in this current world state.

I honestly don't have anything that I can think of that needs improvement. It really was a delightful experience!

They have two pools! One indoor and one outdoor and both locations were great. Plus the breakfast was excellent—far more than carbs and coffee. What caught my attention and made me linger awhile was the collection of commemorative old black and white photos showcasing the early development and history of Prosser; her traditions, people and agricultural development and her regional importance in the early 1900s through the 1960s were impressive as were the other breathtakingly beautiful and detailed scriptural calligraphic art displayed in the hallways throughout the two hotel buildings. Very tastefully and purposefully done! It was like a gallery for sure which honored the local town and her humble beginnings.

Staff was very friendly and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great king size bed. Breakfast was very good with many options. I had booked 2 nights, but we arrived earlier than we expected, so cancelled the second night with ease and the staff verified for me quickly.

Facility is looking slightly tired, but nothing that really bothered me.

The location is great- within walking distance of restaurants and several tasting rooms although there is part of road without sidewalk. Breakfast was great with an enclosed egg station for custom orders and buffet style biscuits, eggs, bacon sausage plus fruit, waffles and oatmeals. There is a small pavilion area outside which our group claimed a couple of times but it is first come first serve so it was occupied most of the weekend.

Great staff and clean facilities. The breakfast was the deal breaker for us. The omelettes and other fare were great and, most amazingly, there was enough staff to keep things well stocked and moving efficiently at breakfast.

The refrigerator was a little noisy and we couldn't access the outlet to unplug it. No big deal though.

Loved the variety of breakfast choices. Good omelettes. So happy that it is a pet friendly hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We had no body wash so we used the bar soap. It was inconvenient when the elevator was not working. Husband and I had a hard time using the stairs.

Location, cleanliness, staff helpfulness and breakfast.

The bed was a little too soft. TV & remote was difficult to operate…had to ask front desk staff twice. Printed directions would be very helpful!

Breakfast and location were excellent. No tv directory in the room. Had family staying at the rv park so the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful

I did not care for the bathroom products in the room, otherwise there was nothing missing
