Bella Rosa Hotel & Spa

The staff - Laura & Lena are incredibly accommodating, had the best local recommendations (coffee places, museums, etc). Plus, they kept in touch via WhatsApp before and during the journey. Also, they did our laundry for free and were always keen to chat with us and make sure were are fully accommodated for. They’re both the best!!! The room was spacious, with excellent view, really good AC, fantastic bathroom, and comfy bed. The breakfast was really tasty, the beef pho, omelette, sausage, bacon, and fresh fruit were 10/10. The hotel even has an elevator!

The location is great! You’re at walking distance from all the main attractions! The price includes breakfast which is a nice to have. Also, we have used their laundry services and our clothes were returned in less than 24 hs clean and smelling so great. The bed was huge and very comfy and their staff super friendly and helpful.

The only things to point out is that a strange smell came out of the toilet. You could tell that was clean but I guess it was coming up from the sewers. Not a big deal but better to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid getting that smell in the rest of the room!

Location was great, but noisy with plenty of food places nearby. Easy to walk everywhere. You should expect some noise as you’re right in heart of action.

Lift only went to 6th floor and our room was on 7th. Access via an iron staircase with wobbly railings. But it was relatively quiet on top floor.

The staff are so accommodating. We stored our luggage here for a few days when we went to Ha Long bay and they had it all ready for us in our room when we got back. It is very good value for money, clean and safe

Windows let in the disco music which requires some good earplugs. The coffee at breakfast is tap water and instant coffee. This might produce a problem to those with a sensitive stomach, as it is non-boiled tap water. Pure fact. I am sure the staff will fix this, going forward. They are eager to develop and become better, much points to this. We wish them all the best!!

Spa in different location, and the lift us small, old and very slow. Locked in overnight, have to request to leave and return.

The location is amazing and we can easily reach the attraction spots within walking distance. Our hotel room at 7th floor has the nice view of Hoen Kiem Lake. The staff Laura and Swan are very helpful and accomodating. Laura texted us the day in the morning to confirm of our arrival. Swan even helped us to locate our wifi router upon our arrival. Seems it was sent to the hotel few walks away. Upon arrival, they will guide us to the great local food spots and will even recommend the tour if interested. Water heater and pressure is good. The buffet breakfast was good with variety of selection every day. You can even order pancakes or eggs too.

As the hotel is at the very central location, you cannot avoid the noises from outside if you are early sleeper. For the bathroom, it will be a bit slippery after take the bath as the bath water could have overflow to the toilet. So, just be careful when you are inside.

The property was very conveniently located next to all the happening places in Hanoi .

Unacceptable plastic polluting attitude. Unrequested single-use polluting plastic bags, single-use plastic water bottles. No environmental policy visible anywhere in the premises. Running a business just in order to make money, without considering the environmental needs of our world, is not an option anymore. Everyone knows that sadly only a fraction of plastic is recycled, but this hotel still decides to pollute our world. Hope it changes its attitude.
