Room was clean and nice Reception staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast wasn’t so good, some food were too long on display, tables were dirty Do not recommend SPA, masseur was all the time interrupting massage to take new guests or to talk with other staff, leaving door open when I was mostly naked. Head massage wasn’t gentle so it felt like she was pulling my hair. and after massage she asked for tips and after I gave some tips I didn’t even wanted to leave, she told that is not enough. So don’t go to SPA here.

We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit upon arrival, it was a beautiful touch. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in our 9 weeks of travel within Southeast Asia. There is plenty of hot water for showers. The facilities are extremely clean. The staff is amazing, they are on top of everything, and will bend over backwards to accommodate you. The gym was excellent, and everything worked. The breakfast was great, the pho was a favorite of mine and you can also order a la carte along with a small buffet. The location can't be beat, 2 blocks from the lake. We will definitely be using this hotel again next year.

completely satisfied about everything. Excellent breakfast included where you can have european like breakfast (salty or sweet both) or asian style breakfast like rice noodle etc. the hotel is located in the middle of the old district and we could easily move to the most touristic places in 5-10 mins by walk. our room was clean and huge enough for 2 people. The spa was also clean and so relaxing that my wife also fell asleep during the massage :) Last but very not least, the very strong point: the staff! Always smiling, always kind, always "at our service" when needed. Ms Hong toke care about us from one month before our arrival until the day after our departure. Absolutely the most positive factor ! surely, if we will go back to Hanoi we already know where to stay.

The location of the hotel is amazing. In a quiet street just a couple of minutes walk from the main old quarter area. We also got a complimentary breakfast on the day of our checkout. An amazing experience!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Thien). Our flight into Hanoi got delayed and we arrived at 2am but there were no issues with check in. We had a late departing flight and the hotel kept our luggage and allowed us to use the facilities and the showers prior to leaving. Hotel had luggage storage facilities for when we stayed at Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. Laundry service was quick and convenient. The spa/massage was lovely and decently priced. The hotel assisted with recommending and booking trips, airport taxi, laundry, providing extra blankets when needed etc. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food items. The rooms were comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Location was a comfortable walking distance to the lake and some of the main attractions. Lots of restaurants and options for food close by.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Although It is only away from the "Hồ Hoàn Kiếm" (Lake) only 3 streets, the hotel is not noisy. One of the best things is the service and hospitality. When we arrived to the hotel and ready to check-in, the front-desk staff served us with pineapple ginseng tea and sweets. The whole check-in process was very smoothly and in-order. Another advantage is the breakfast, every morning we enjoyed very good breakfast with many choice (Western, French, Vietnamese), The staff always show very polite and friendly hospitality. We often spent over one hour to having breakfast in the restaurant. The quality of the room is excellent, Although my room was not very large, it is very clear and provided with drinks, coffee and tea bags and fruits. During the Lunar new year holiday, Hotel celebrated the new year with the Red packet and biscuits! Also, we could book the transportation to the airport, all payment can be settled in the front-desk. The price is fair. The staff could confirm everything with us the date before our departure. Generally speaking, the quality of the service is excellent, I could say the hotel is one of the best in Hanoi. We enjoyed the holiday there and I highly recommended this hotel to everyone!

The Wi-fi inside the room could be improved. While the Wi-fi in the lobby and restaurant is very good.

The property is in a great location near to the lake. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. In my bathroom I had the choice of the large shower or a jet bath which was nice. The eBidet toilet was great….I so wish we had these at home! The bed was a huge circle bed which is something I have never experienced before so was a nice treat. You get some nice complimentary welcome gifts in the room and the bottle of wine went down very well. The staff in reception and the restaurant are so smiley and welcoming and they make you feel special. The breakfast in the restaurant on the 20th floor has a good selection and really enjoyed the option of an omelette

The staff here couldn’t do enough to help, knew our names, always so smiley and friendly, and more than that - went the extra miles when there was a miscommunication on pick up time for one of our tours. When we came back, they stored our luggage for the afternoon and again, just incredibly helpful. Breakfast excellent, beds comfortable and great value for money. The location is perfect for Old Quarter exploration and just round the corner from the famous egg coffee place, the lake, and a hidden restaurant started by a street kid which was the best eat in Vietnam so far.

The one thing it felt was missing was an area to sit and relax. The rooms (like most in Old Quarter) are quite compact and whilst there are sofas in the lobby and on the street, I’d have loved a bar or terrace or similar.

you are just off the main drag, so super central and a bit quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all basic amenities working well However, the staff, they are something else! there is nothing you can think of which they do not get done in the quickest time with the biggest smile. all of them from the porters to the concierge work tirelessly and seamlessly to make sure you are having the best of time, we are talking flight reservations, tours, specific cleaning requirements, you name it, we asked for it and it was delivered promptly. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff thank you for making our visit to Hanoi so memorable
