La Siesta Premium Hang Be

What an amazing stay! The staff at la Siesta Premium is exceptional! Mr. Quan gave every single guest the VIP treatment. Every single staff member at this hotel made our stay enjoyable and Mr. Quan went above and beyond! He made sure that every wish we had was fulfilled. The day before our early trip to Ha Long bay he made sure to have a breakfast box ready for us at 6 AM at the reception. This is just one example as to how the service at La Siesta Premium was. The hotel was perfectly located, walking distance to everything. It was a little bit noisy because it is located in the heart of the Old quarter. One needs to expect the noise when being in the heart of the city and it was not very bothersome. The week end night market is right at your door, the best coffee shop and the best food as well. I am giving the staff a 5 star for the quality of service. I was looking for a change service and Mr. Quan made sure to offer me a free ride to the next bank. Phuong would also always greet us in the mornings and would check in to see how we were doing. The staff here truly cares and made this a phenomenal stay for us. This is what I call a 5 star service, I can only highly recommend La Siesta Premium to anyone. It was the best stay I had in Vietnam!

There is nothing that I did not like

The staff was excellent in making sure our visit was great. Miss Thao stood out in providing us with recommendations that matched our taste.

We got the executive room. It was a bit small. Would go for a larger room next time. Bathroom mirror lighting was not great so was a little hard to do my makeup.

Brilliant location in the old quarter. Very nicely appointed room and lovely french colonial styling. The breakfasts were some of the best I have had at a hotel. The beef Pho, fresh baguettes and French omelets outstanding. Overall memory will be the helpful friendly staff. Quan helped us out late at night with booking trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. Both trips were excellent and we were grateful for his kind attention. Phuong was extremely welcoming and helpful at breakfast. Excellent rooftop bar. The airport transfers were very easy and recommended. Overall a lovely hotel to stay with in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay at La Siesta. Dat was so helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived! We had the penthouse with the balcony and it was the best room I have ever stayed in. The bed was huge and super comfy and the day bed was a great extra space to relax. The rooftop bar is a spectacular way to watch the Hanoi sunsets and the drinks and food were on point. The spa massage was amazing and the breakfast options were impressive! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting some luxury while in Hanoi.

The television didn't come out from the wall and was sitting off to the side so it was hard to watch from anywhere in the room, would have been better if it had an extendible arm or something.

Location is at city centre and free to go everywhere. Room is nice and cosy.

The room was not well soundproofed as i can hear very clear the Tvi sound and music sound at the next door . The hotel staffs seems very like to have many comments of foreigners and also asked foreign guests to give very good comments till 10 but as a Vietnamese guests as me , he didn’t mention anything .. Felt they are not so welcome their own country people - Vietnamese

During our trip to Vietnam in February 2023, my wife, and I had the opportunity to stay at the beautiful La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel on three different occasions totaling 8-nights. We stayed at this La Siesta property as a home base while touring N. Vietnam, Ha Long Bay and Hanoi. Words cannot express the hospitality this property provided. Mr. Luc, Adele and Quan were exceptional hosts. This property prides themselves on service and it showed all the way through with the spa staff, entrance greeters, restaurant, and room service. Would also like to mention the Team went out of their way to accommodate our every need. To end, if you want exceptional service, clean hotel, at the perfect Hanoi location with superb - included breakfast, look no further than La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel. Hope to make it back someday and as I told the staff on the way out, “we will miss you.”

There wasn't anything we did not like.

Arrived and was greeted with genuine warmth by Dat. He took time out of his day to greet us and show us our room, not just that, location recommendations in the area and asked us what our plans are to show how we can support. For us, this goes above and beyond the expectation. Considering the location is exactly in the middle of the old quarter it's incredible how it can possess so many unique characteristics. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with a very large bed and all the facilities that you need for it to be spacious in the city centre. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff take the time to talk to you in what we did not feel was forced - they genuinely care about their customers. The skybar is great for Happy Hour also. We booked this based on the Trip Advisor reviews which sometimes read too good to be true but in this instance, we could not say enough positive features about the hotel, staff, location and facilities. We would recommended this hotel to anyone.

Nothing - seriously.

Location is great & interior deco is pleasing to the eyes. Clean, modern, in the heart of everything with great service staff from check in to our daily breakfast.

Some rooms for improvement; 1) preferred mineral bottled water instead of glass bottled water for hygiene purpose. Hygiene over sustainability for me. 2) Can consider to offer disposable laundry bag in the room cos is useful for guests to use them to pack dirty laundry. understand is a form of sustainability but i wouldn’t prefer to use it if others had used the reusable bag before. 3) Non slip mat in bathroom will be ideal as the black tiles are very slippery when wet 4) not so ideal to split the bathroom & toilet for larger room, a little inconvenient & cold to walk in & out of the bathroom to take toiletries…

La Siesta became our sanctuary. The bed was comfortable and the facilities of a high standard. What made our stay most memorable were the wonderful staff who worked there. Lam took care of every question we had, booking us tours and making our requests a reality. Dat even walked us to the chemist to ensure we got what we heeded. Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile and were interested in what we were up to today. I would always recommend staying at La Siesta. from the front door staff to the reception,restaurant, bar,spa and cleaners the done an amazing job. we definitely come back here anytime.

Everything. This is the perfect choice for visiting Hanoi. Room was excellent (size, cleanliness, furnishings). The hotel has a lot of character - the lobby area is very nice. The restaurant where they serve breakfast has amazing 360 views of the City. The rooftop bar has an excellent vibe. Jen at reception was amazing. Honestly might be the best service I've experienced. The spa looks great, although we didn't use it. The location is perfect. Right beside Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Town. Faultless.
