Aurora Premium Hotel & Spa

It lacked a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Maria & Jason and a nice young boy who opened the doors and helped at reception but I didn't get his name. The rest of the staff did not speak or understand English so communicating was difficult even though they were always smiling and friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good. The aircon was wonderful. It was hard to communicate in English and we needed a pool.

Travelled to Vietnam for two weeks and stayed at this hotel twice. We loved the location, the spa was spectacular, we got the 3.15hr package for half a price. Best spa prices in Vietnam considering we visit three different ones in Hanoi. The hotel staff was amazing, had an inconvenience with our room, spoke to one of supervisors Justin, he was so understanding and accommodate it us on a different room immediately. Class A service, specially for the price of the hotel. In the morning of the checkout we needed to extend the hotel for a few hours and they had no problem doing it. The manager in the morning was very helpful and helped us out. We definitely recommend this hotel.

New and clean, nice city view, large comfortable suite, great city view bar and restaurant. A quiet island in the middle of the ocean of chaos of the old Hanoi. We went few days before in a cheaper hotel that was rated 9.5 and with nice pictures. That hotel was less than average, old and not really clean, no breakfast, no view, I received an email from that hotel asking to post only reviews if more than 9 and preferably 10. Was an avg 2 stars hotel in european standards and 1 star prices. Here you pay more, rather like a cheap 3 stars european hotel with quality of a 4 stars european hotel. I highly recommend Aurora.

Breakfast buffet is not huge, but who needs more ?

Very kind staff. Joy is nice and helpful and made our breakfast a special time in this hotel. Skybar service, area and staff such as breakfast service/location and food quality are excellent. Very tasty breakfast and variety of food. The reception staff provided us with all helpful information about city and hidden areas to discover. The room we were accommodated in was exactly that we booked. The view in our panoramic suite was amazing. Excellent communication in English. Very clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The bed and pillows were first class! The views from the rooftop bar were amazing! The lobby and presentation of the hotel was very good.

The staff were great on check-in and trying to be very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication about our prepayment of the room on check-out at 3am. The staff tried very hard to assist us quickly. There was also some confusion about swapping rooms for our second night, which we booked after our first night. They were able to give us the same room but didn’t tell us, so we waited to check out and back in to a different room when we didn’t have to and lost a couple of hours sightseeing. The staff tried very hard. The payment and booking system seems to be difficult for all staff to control.

At first i had some problem on my booking, the Hotel staff - Cherry, she contacted me and assist me on the room arrangement, that's very kind and very helpful. When we reached Hanoi, we were so amazed by the hotel. Its cozy, comfort and clean. The location also very convenience to those site seeing places and lots of local foods and cafe nearby the hotel. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. And they also having -50% promotion for the spa and massage. Is a good place to stay when traveling to Hanoi. Highly recommended AURORA PREMIUM HOTEL!!

We paid for the upgrade and stayed in the Suite for 2 nights and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The employees are super friendly and they do anything to make your stay amazing. From the employees in the reception, Skybar and Spa, the teams are great! At the Skybar, there is a panorama view. Good place to chill with friends and family. If you have the time, take a massage in the Spa, I can honestly say it was the best massage I ever had. Especially, Ms. Cherry will give you all the information about the tours and care for you from beginning until the end of tour. The price is not much different if comparing to travel agency around the hotel but the service is great. The experience of the Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh were definitely memorable. The room was large and modern. Well equipped, safe and all necessities in the bathroom. The bed is very comfy and you will sleep great in it. We had a balcony in the room, which made it possible for us to open the window. It provides a nice view and you can see the daily city life from above.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed. Sky Bar does happy hour with amazing views. They also offer special discount (50%) for spa when you are staying at the hotel. Besides, many choices of tours such as: Ha Long bay, Ninh Binh, City tour, food tour,.. will be provided for you to choose easily the tours with reasonable price. Conveniently located right next to Hoan Kiem Lake, very short walking distance to both the Old Quarter and French Quarter. Staffs provide exceptional service. We checked in at very late around 3AM and they helped organising our hotel transfer. Everyone we can in contact with spoke amazing English. They made the stay memorable.

The breakfast has a good spread of choices. It is easily accessible even the road was close for the weekend party and concert. The staff are excellent. They will greet you with a smile. The price for the massage is very attractive and the service is good. Do not need to waste time looking outside for a good massage.

The stairs leading to the hotel and the king bed is a actually 2 single bed combine. The fridge gives out a "creepy" sound whole day and more obvious at night. They need to repair the safe in that room.

Lovely hotel! We had the deluxe double with no view and besides the comfortable bed, it had a beautifully done marble toilet. Notable mention that the rainshower had excellent pressure too. The hotel breakfast is at its Western restaurant, and offers a pleasant spread of breakfast food like eggs any way you like, and fruits together with some local fare. They also let us leave our luggage there (we had just returned from Ha Long Bay and our flight wasn’t till later that evening), even though we checked out the day before. Super helpful and friendly!
