Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel

Staff were fantastic, very polite and friendly. They were very helpful and had lots of great recommendations for restaurants, they helped us book excursions. It was very central and we could walk to everywhere in the city. Breakfast was great, a good range of buffet items and omelettes, pancakes and pho to order.

I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Hanoi. The location is perfect and you can get to all the main places very easily. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have all the amenities you need. The restaurant on the 8th floor is very good and the staff are warm and attentive. For me, the main reason I gave this hotel 10/10 is because of the impeccable customer service. I'm a world traveller and visit many different countries and the customer service at this hotel is the best I've experienced. All of the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. My special thanks go to Rosie, Selina and Tom who went above and beyond to take care of me. On arrival they helped me to understand how everything works, shared a map and gave me tips for getting around the city. Every time I sat in reception they brought me tea and asked me how my day was. They were genuinely so happy to greet all of the guests and get to know them. When I checked out to go on a boat cruise to halong bay I asked if on my return I could leave my luggage with them for a few hours before I moved onto Sapa. Even though I was no longer a paying guest they were happy for me to leave my luggage and also they let me use the shower, provided me with towels, shower gel etc and brought me tea. Tom then helped me with my luggage to the bus station as I didn't know where I was going and was by myself. Their kindness and warmth made my trip to Hanoi very memorable. Any traveller will be made to feel very welcome, safe and looked after at this hotel.

* AMAZING HOTEL! * Every staff member here is very friendly, professional and attentive, especially the reception staff :-) We’ve had a lovely stay here. We even left our luggage here for a few days and they looked after it without issues. Rooms are clean as you can see from my pictures. Staff even went above and beyond when we asked for non diary milk. They went out and bought soya milk especially for us. Special thanks to: Jane/Senilaa: for professional communication over WhatsApp and ensuring I get collected from airport etc. Rosie/Kate and all other receptionist staff for ALWAYS having a lovely smile on their face, and working really hard. Maximus and fellow porters for always opening the doors with a smile. Alice and her colleagues in the restaurant for being attentive and friendly service. Overall a big thank you to everyone at Eliana Signature Hotel! We are very happy and will stay here again if we ever come back to Hanoi :-)

Eliana Signature Hotel is very passionate to give their guests very good service. I think that's what they are aiming for and I believe we felt that. From the reception and to the breakfast place. Location is great but not too much of a hotel ambiance. This is located along the streets.

The overall surroundings of the hotel are not clean, you see linens, table cloths on the stairway. Our rooms were clean as we specifically requested for that. They can further upgrade this hotel by keeping all areas tidy.

Excellent location. Very near to all the eateries and short walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful. They go out of the way to offer help to us. Communication with the hotel was very efficient. They contacted me by what's app even before we arrived. So it was very helpful. The room was comfortable with firm bed and pillows. Breakfast was served on the 9th floor. The spread was fairly good with chicken and beef pho as well as western food. Coffee was strong and tasty. There were plenty of fruits as well.

Hot water ran out very quickly after one person showered. Had to shower in lukewarm water for 3 nights. Wall sockets were not strategically placed. There was none around the drinks area and had to boil water in the bathroom sink area.

Not only is the arty decor beautiful and the hotel in a great location in Hanoi but the staff are absolutely incredible! I could not believe how helpful they were, we were so well looked after, the beds are comfy, the shower hot and luxurious and it really is a haven after spending time on the bustling and amazing Hanoi streets. The breakfast is superb! So much choice and again the staff just lovely. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we booked this hotel as a treat at the end of our trip. Robes and indoor shoes provided too! Thank you all for making our stay fantastic!

The location is in the central part of the city and nearby to everything. Walking to Beer Street or to find food was a breeze. The staff was the best! Extremely kind, helpful, knowledgable about different places to visit; they were truly some of the best hotel staff I've ever met! I would return just for them (and the location). The room was also good and had everything a traveler would need.

I felt that my room could have been a bit cleaner when I checked in, as the pillow smelled of perfume that wasn't mine. But after notifying the staff, they fixed the problem immediately!

The hospitality at Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel was spectacular!! The nicest and most accommodating staff I have ever met. The rooms are really beautifully furnished. For western standards the rooms could be a little bit cleaner in the corners, but for what we saw, this is spotless in comparison to other hotels. Also the breakfast was amazing, good selection of fruits, veggies, baked goods and hot dishes. In addition you can also order dishes like pancakes, Pho and eggs for free. The location of the hotel was also really good and in walking distance to all the restaurants and sights. We would definitely come back, if we are in Hanoi again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular Senila and Rosie at the front desk went way beyond good service to find us when we left behind a water bottle after we’d left the hotel in a minibus on the way to our next destination. They tracked us down and came out to meet us and return it. It was such a kindness to go out of their way for us. The breakfast had good options for vegetarians. And the staff working in the restaurant were great. The hotel lobby and room decor was colorful and charming. Even though our room didn’t have a window to the outside, I appreciated they added lanterns outside our window in the air shaft, which made it more festive.

Excellent location and service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They can help you with pretty much anything you need, even giving tips about avoiding potential scams on the streets of Hanoi. Water Puppet Theatre, Circle K, great restaurants and attractions are all on your doorstep.

Everything was great so I can't highlight any shortcomings. The staff made sure we were having a good time and even got us a free room upgrade.
