Staff were lovely generally and let us stay for a few hours for free whilst we waited for our sleeper bus. Room a decent size and aircon worked pretty well. Hot shower.

Room was right by reception meaning there was noise 24/7 which became a bit annoying. Staff, especially the lady, on reception were constantly trying to sell us stuff which became annoying. Staff in general were a bit overbearing but they meant well. This place would’ve been great but my recommendation to the hotel is to just chill out a little bit and not try to sell tours etc so often. It will make your guests stays much more pleasant.

Rosa was professional manager, arranged all my trip in Vietnam, halong, sapa, train , Mekong delta…hotel goood location, room spacious, clean. The best hotel in Hanoi

The property was well maintained, clean, organized, safe and perfectly located! The employees bob is excelentes. The employee Bob and the receptionists are excellent. They kept an eye on me and organized my taxis. The pink employee received me excellently, she explained everything to me, she organized my tour, gave a welcome cocktail, they accompanied me to my room, they loaded my suitcases, they asked me how everything was the next day, at the end of the stay she contacted me again to find out that everything was fine.... Everything was excellent

The location of the hotel is great. There are so many eateries around. Rosa was very helpful even before we check in as she answered all our questions and help us book the tour we needed. And she even gave us 20% discount for the tours. Linn also was very helpful and friendly. Would love to come back again here if given the chance.

Very helpful and kind staff. Rosa showed us things to do in the area on the map. Luc was also very kind. They were super accommodating and upgraded our room. Very sweet people. The shower was super nice and hot. Great location, would recommend.

We had a tremendous stay at Valley Hotel. The staff are all so warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful in every way from the very first message with the through booking.com - they arranged airport pick up and drop off for us and helped us with our baggage when we arrived and also upon departure. We even received an upgrade to a room with a balcony which is a bonus! We were also given a useful map and recommendation of things to see around the city. Ms Rosa was so kind and helpful to arrange our 1 months in Vietnam with halong, sapa, ninhbinh, hue, hochiminh, mekongdelta…We got 20% discount from Go Asia travel. Our family was so happy with hotel service, all arrangements were so smooth. The hotel itself is situated in a central location, close to all the major sights and eateries within walking distance. Despite its central location, it is relatively quiet and you can't really hear much noise as the hotel is actually tucked away from the main street so we were able to sleep quite comfortably! Room was decent sized, bathroom a little on the smaller size but it didn't bother us. Overall, thank you for a relaxing stay and excellent service from ms Rosa and Go Asia travel team! Before booking this hotel, I also confused with many untrue reviews about Valley hotel of competitors or some bad people. Please don’t believe in them, ms Rosa and hotel staffs will make your trip so easy and memorial time. I hope Booking.com will stop these bad people to help the fairness for Valley hotel. For sure, I will recommend this hotel for all people I know.

We loved the location of the hotel. It is near the old quarter where you can eat, drink, and buy a lot of souvenirs. Also, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We got there earlier than expected, but we were able to settle at our very spacious room ASAP. While waiting, the reception gave us a map and discussed where we can go for our tour. All of the facilities are working, and the food was great! Really a value for money.

They could do better with the cleanliness of the rooms. There is still dust on the cabinets when we got there, and the toilet had this bad smell on the first day, but they did not give any air freshener when we asked.

Rosa was very nice, easy to travelling they explain everything about the city and make your trip easier.

The staff here made the stay so enjoyable. They were so helpful and organised an airport pick up, our trip for the Ha Giang Loop and upgraded our room for free when we had a small problem. The receptionist and travel agent got us SIMS for our phone, helped us with laundry and showed us all the main tourist sites with a map. We had free toiletries and a hot shower. This was our first stop in Vietnam and everything was so easy!

Our first room was quite damp but the amazing staff upgraded us for free without question the second we mentioned it!
