Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi - Formerly Hanoi La Siesta Trendy

- Amazing breakfast!! They had much more than we expected. Actually, they had everything we could think of. And they even have a full vegetarian menu on top of the large buffet. - staff was extremely friendly - location - in the old part of town, close to many restaurants, cafes and the train street. Actually from the window of our room we could see the train - modern rooms / style of rooms - value for money

very clean, friendly staff that speak good English, check in was a breeze. Bed was very comfy too! location is just shy of the main road so the traffic is not noisy, about 15-20 mins walk to the lake for the weekend night market. will definitely return to this hotel the next time we’re back in Hanoi! breakfast was buffet style with wide variety.

This hotel is an absolute gem and the staff are incredible- friendly, warm, thoughtful and deeply service oriented. You feel like you are staying in a luxury hotel with this kind of service. It’s a lovely hotel, beds are super comfortable, a/c works well and pretty views from our windows. We really enjoyed the design too. The breakfast had a wide range of food for us to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even packed some breakfast for our son who was still sleeping. They remembered us from day to day and packed us some fruit on the day we left. The dining room was very pretty and comfortable. Great view of the city too. They offer free manicures in the spa next door where we also had an excellent foot massage. I can’t express enough the excellence of the staff. They held our bags when we went overnight to Ha Long Bay, and they gave us a little gift when we left. We were quite moved by their generosity of service. They really made the place feel like a haven in the hustle and bustle of the city. And the location is perfect for getting around easily.

There is nothing I would change. At night you sometimes here a train pass by but it never kept us up or woke us up. We were very happy at this hotel.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful with our needs. They made sure that our stay will be a memorable one by arranging tours smoothly and recommending places to eat and to visit. Hotel sits in a perfect quiet location in the Old Quarter. Breakfast was great that includes hot vegetarian dishes. They have fantastic offers, discounted food & drinks for hotel guests and a farewell gift too which was a very nice touch. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

There is nothing I can negatively comment about this hotel. A great find and highly recommended.

Hospitality and service standards were through the roof - before arrival, a staff will personally contact you to make sure all arrangements are done well, help you to do any reservations if needed (highly recommended to book through a hotel so you're not scammed!). They're also always around and easily contactable throughout your stay. David, in particular, went above and beyond his duties - even contacting us after our stay to make sure we arrived safe and sound back home. The room we stayed in was great - high floor with a view of Hanoi. Even though there was rooftop parties going on during the festive season, we couldn't hear much with the double glazed windows/balcony doors.

Hotel was still located within Hanoi Old Quarters, but was a little far from the main shopping areas.

We received excellent care from all the staffs, especially Amanda from the moment we checked in and right till check out. Amanda went above and beyond her duties to ensure that we had a smooth and enjoyable time in the hotel. She gave us excellent and plenty of recommendations of places to see and eat, and even showed us the way to these places. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure. Exceptional pillows. Toilets were clean. Room service was very good. Location of the hotel was at the inner streets of the old quarter. Hence it was quiet for a good night sleep and yet within walking distance most major attraction spots at the old quarter. They have a good spread of breakfast, which the mains changes daily. The pho was exceptionally good. Highly recommended stay and would definitely return here if we ever visit Hanoi again.

Excellent service by the staff, especially Miss Hong Loung who was exceptional in her genuine care for us during our stay and visits to the 8th floor dining room. Location is also perfect, not too near the noisy central tourist area but near enough for a comfortable walk with eateries all around. The rooms and common areas are modern and clean throughout. Rooms were provided with all the amenities one would expect in a 5 star chain hotels. Toiletries,hair dryer and the such were readily available in the rooms. The buffett breakfast selection was marvellous with some daily changing items.

We wished that the restaurant would have provided a menu of local dishes instead of only a Nabemono meal (which was good value and delicious when we tried it by the way)

I highly recommend staying at Bespoke Trendy hotel , it's in a great location, very tranquil street and yet so close to everything. We stayed in a family suite on 5th floor and it was extremely clean and comfortable with a balcony. What really sets Bespoke Trendy apart are the wonderful staff, everyone is so helpful and really go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. (especially Linh Nguyen and Tran during our stay). The breakfasts are excellent and the hotel very kindly made us breakfast to take away which was very much appreciated.

Breakfast was lavish, with continental and local food options available. It was a different menu every day, which we thoroughly enjoyed! The staff at the restaurant every morning provided exceptional service, were so polite, so thoughtful and looked after us very well. They served the most delicious Vietnamese coffee and 'pho' which we relished! Special thanks to Mr. David at Reception who checked us in. David went out of his way and even helped us order dinner as by the time we reached the hotel it was past midnight and room service was not available.

The room size could have been a bit bigger!

The rooms were lovely and well equipped (hairdryer, slippers, dressing gown, tea and coffee and Netflix. David on reception was incredible. He helped us so much and conversed via watsapp which made it so much easier if you had a questions when you were out. He also got us an upgrade for our room for the last 2 days. The restaurant is lovely and they do a really good breakfast. The hotpot dinner is a must and you get discount for staying in the hotel.

When they Netflix wouldn’t work due to too many users.
