O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa

We stayed 5 nights in this very beautiful hotel and felt like home. The room were very nicely equpied, clean and the beds large and comfortable so that we slept very well. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast from the buffet where you can order some extra things such as Pho Soup, omlette, egg benedicts... The staff was very friendly and helpful and some of them spoke an excellent English. The location of the hotel was very central and in walking distance of several restaurants, silk shops and cafés. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant.

Nothing all was perfect!

We liked the location because it was central but not in the heart of the centre which is crowded and noisy. So it was a perfect spot near shops and restaurants and spas. The staff was excellent and they were helpful and assisting every time and every day. We were surprised positively that they offered us a room for free to take a shower and change clothes way after our check out, yet before our flight just when we got back to the hotel to receive our luggage. (They had informed us that if there was an available room they would do that and so they did)

The breakfast was more than decent but we would prefer to have a bigger variety, especially when it comes to Western cuisine. The bedroom was queen size, in good condition and with totally relaxing feeling but we think that it needs renovation - especially the bathroom which is quite old with a noisy bathtub. Fridge didn't work in our suite but we didn't complain about it. It wasn't that necessary to us. WiFi was a little unstable but working in all areas. However overall experience was very good. We recommend it.

Amazing hotel in the center of Hanoi! The staff were super, genuinely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was all we needed and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is in walking distance from a lot of place. For the rest, it is super easy to get a taxi to get around.

We had an extra bed in the room for our 16yr old daughter. We got the bed but it could have been better as it was up for a "renewal". The hotel was open for feedback and intends to make the changes, which is great!

Location is very practical. The hotel character is quite charming. Breakfast is solid. The hotel smells great all the time. Overall it is great value for money. And, especially the whole staff goes above and beyond (Loi and Anna in breakfast are excellent hosts, as well as the woman in reception).

Pillows were a bit hard. Shower pressure was very low and took long to get warm. Be aware that there is no outside window in twin rooms, we had to upgrade to Royal suite due to that. Also when paying by Master or Visa 2% will be added. There is no Spa nor rooftop on site.

Our room was towards the back of the hotel and was so quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was really good and a lot to choose from. The location is so good and central to everything. Most importantly the staff were fantastic and we felt very at home. Thomas (Tang) the manager could not have been better and we felt we made a friend while we were there. He was so professional and helped us with all our needs and arrangements. He certainly went above and beyond. His team reflected his good management - Anna the breakfast supervisor was such an asset. Would stay again.

The shower was hit-and-miss with the hot water but we found that pretty well everywhere. Not a big deal.

The staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English making our stay comforting. They arranged tours for us and it was enjoyable. Their recommendations on the tours and places to visit was really helpful. They even arranged for some sandwich options from outside the menuas we had dietary restrictions.

The room could have been bigger for the money spent and the balcony could have been smaller. I didn't care much for this. For adults, this was a smaller room. I wish there were more vegetarian food options for the breakfast.

We were picked up by a personal car from the airport and taken through extremely crazy traffic and delivered safely to our hotel. It was rather late by that time and raining. We were welcomed by extremely competent and kind staff who gave us drinks, refresher towels and helped us get our room squared right away. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Not quite what is in the photos of the advertisement, I think those were taken a few years ago. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi great, the aircon worked great and the breakfasts were really delicious with a range of options to choose from. The staff really were amazing, each one was helpful, polite and very professional, even helped us get sorted for our booked tour. Several local and traditional restaurants close by and familiar pickup place for most tours. Would definitely recommend.

The bathroom layout was a bit squashed (be aware if you are very tall/big boned), and there was a bit of a sewage smell like leaking toilet but I'm sure will get fixed soon as they are very competent.

The quality and standard of the hotel and my room was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I've stayed in various hotels in Hanoi over the years and this has to be the quietest and the most enjoyable stay I've had had so far. Beds were so comfortable and the rooms are clean, well maintained and quiet. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection and the staff were exceptionally good.

I'd liked to have seen the fridge in my room put to use. Shame to have an empty fridge without a selection of snacks and drinks. Bit of a missed opportunity.

The hotel is very nicely decorated the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful breakfast was amazing

We were given a camp bed for our son to sleep on and it was very uncomfortable the staff did swop it for a different one but I think this should be made more clear on the website also the airport transfer car was not a hotel car more like a local taxi with seat belts that didn’t work totally unacceptable

Everything was excellent; breakfast was exceptionally good, lots of choice and great service. The room was extremely comfortable, bathroom facilities very good. Cleanliness was up to the standard you would expect from the O'Gallery Hotel. Location great; close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

There was nothing we did not like.
