Nightcap at Fairfield

The location (so very close to everything, from shops, food places, pubs, clubs, pharmacies, post office, bus stop etc) that us perfectly!! The bathroom was clean; laundry clean and the aircon was great too, not to mention the free drinks coupon as well as other complementaries offered by the hotel!

The room was dusty when we arrived, which triggered some serious sneezing 🤧 for 2 nights. However, as soon as we reported the issue, the room was given a deep-cleaning and the issue disappeared. The only one significant missing item from the room was a MICROWAVE. A microwave would’ve significantly improved our enjoyment of the facility.

The location is convenient and easy to find, plenty of free parking. Secure access to the hotel and checkin. Comfortable beds and relaxing rain shower. Good sized rooms and beds, mini bar fridge with complimentary bottled water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Has plenty of power points and charging points too for devices.

The remote control for the reverse cycle AC wasn’t working and ensuite bathroom for the room we stayed in, was a little bit smaller than we expected, and a little bit tighter in space to manoeuvre around in but nothing to worry about and still has a good modern design.

what I didn’t like was our last night and we check out in the morning . there is a group they check in on the 25 and we check out on the 26 they were drunk and kicking the room and swearing and they left and come back and do the same thing . we were scared and not go back to sleep because of the noise . it’s happened at 2 o’clock in the morning . everything from our check in was very good and this people ruined our last night . i was going to call the police no security to come in and check what happened

The Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times day and night. Very accommodating when plans were changed and I needed to stay longer. Easy to contact and they return calls. The room was very clean with everything I required including free wifi. Breakfast Pack available in room on 2nd night's stay. Definitely recommend it to my colleagues due to the proximity to the office, cleanliness, staff, and price. Plenty of local walking distance places to eat out or order in.

We weren't expecting breakfast, so the little breakfast packs were a bonus. Location was convenient for where we had to be. Room was cosy and comfortable, shower was brilliant. Cleaning ladies were friendly and thorough.

Missed my toast in the morning, not that there was room for a toaster. Breakfast pack made up for it.

Nightcap @Fairfield suited us perfectly👍 Very Clean, comfy bed & the bathroom is very spacious. Upstairs room & minimal noise. Costwise👍 Bar downstairs Staff are faboulas 👍 & the locals made us welcome👍Theirs a Veitnamese restaurant beside the bar & the food is yumm👍 We enjoyed it here & will definetly stay here if we come down again

no drama but can the tvs be tuned in to other channels apart from horse racing 😁

Very unassuming on the outside, but the inside (both the rooms and the establishment itself) look amazing. Room was very well furnished, with a very comfy bed and nice facilities, toilet was standard, shower was very nice.

Room lacked a tap aside from the bathroom faucet, which is understandable but a negative nonetheless. Could also hear guests speaking loudly in adjacent rooms, thankfully went away as the night went on.

The staff were very accomadating letting me check out late & the cleaners were very friendly, the food at LY Vietnamese was delicious. Theres a smart TV in the room to sign in to yours apps and the beds were perfection! Everything you need on your doorstep, woolies, BWS & a bar that's open until 3am

Needed a bigger black out blind as some light cane through in the morning also would have preferred a herbal tea option in my room.

Friendly staff. Secure entrance. The rooms are very comfortable, modern bathroom with a rain shower which was so nice and relaxing. Free wifi, free parking, easy self checkin. Close to Woolworths next door and BWS and pub/bistro downstairs.

Lovely & clean. Rooms have been up dated so are modern. Bathroom clean & modern. Lovely hot shower. Bed comfortable. Car parking available , however not secure. Great to have a restaurant downstairs so you do not have to go looking, however there are restaurants close by also. Staff all friendly.

Air conditioners outside my room were noisy. Once I got to sleep I was ok, but humming of the units noticeable. Quite noisy from other patrons on the first night of my 3 nights. Vulgar language & bodily function noises which one doesn't need to share not think funny . Be discrete.
