To reach your room you have to go up 3 flights of fire stairs which you reach from the outside. The man who checked me in kindly carried my heavy bag up. In the morning they don't open till 9am so if you are leaving before then you have to obviously carry them down yoursr My room faced the road which meant it was noisy . If noise doesn't bother you then the room would be great but it bothers me

Great spacious room, with appropriate comfortable furniture. Staff were fantastic, taking my daughter and I up to show us the room. Staff were also there early (7am) in the morning to assist with releasing my car from the padlocked carpark. The site is well located, with excellent access to the railway station and multiple eating choices within the Padstow area.

As two females, it would have been beneficial to be the ones with sole or female only access to the female marked bathroom. On all but one occasion we could not access the female marked bathroom and this meant using the joint male/female bathroom. The showers in this room were lockable and encapsulated, the toilets were similiar to any bay style toilets found in pub downstairs areas. We had no difficulties.

Nice quiet and clean, very good location right next to the train station and public transport

The female toilets were also being used by the men and were leaving it quite dirty, when my partner tried to use the downstairs toilet in the pub she was almost assaulted by the bouncer even though she had photo ID, he was a bully and was looking for a fight. 😡

Rooms were not cluttered, bed was comfortable, close access to very modern showers and toilets, across the road from the railway station and buses as well as very close proximity to dozens of restaurants, supermarket, doctors and dentists etc. Easy quick train ride to Domestic and International Sydney Airports.

I would have preferred ensuite in room.

Staff and locals were excellent. Close to all amenities. Enjoyed my stay there. I recommend going back there again. Can't wait to go back there again. Also the food is fantastic. Very clean at all times, well maintained. I enjoyed the company and well mannered staff. Locals were welcoming.

It was right next to the train and bus stop which was great for travel to and from the airport and Accor Stadium. I also liked that there was a sink and mirror in the room.

The cleanliness of the room and towels. An extra pillow would have been good.

the general manager is a very generous lady, the room was immaculately clean, everything seemed to be pretty new, the schnitzel was delicious, the beer cold and the distance to Padstow station, a few stops from SYD airport, short.

The location was near the train station as I was touring from Qld and wanted to see the city via a ferry, tram and train as well as checking out the progress on the Parramatta tram service. It was a terrific weekend.

I'm 6'2" so the bed was a tad small.

The location is ideal situated at a train station, with quality restaurants and shops close by. There is also a beer parlour.
