The staff is very friendly, polite, caring and understanding, the price is unbelievable affordable in todays high exspenses ,a perfect location,, is a quiet area, is extremely clean, pool is spotless at every stay we have had , staff is available to help at any time of day and night. The beds were extremely comfy to sleep on. The space in our room was good. Wonderful size for a family of 3 with a little toddler. The lighting In the room , you have an option of low light from the kitchenette area or a Wonderful idea of bedside table lamps or wall lamps. It doesn't disturb your loved ones sleeping if you want to wyn Down and read a book.

Our double room was a good size with kitchenette, comfortable bed and functional bathroom. All rooms were on ground level with car parking in front of the room. Staff were friendly and efficient. Motel is two blocks (5min walk) to the centre of Albury.

Some rooms are close to busy road so ask for a room in quiet location.

Clean room. Good location. Friendly management. Parking at the door. Secure chain locks on door. Pool was great.

Poor wifi (didn’t work in room). Laundry not for guests (but there was a laundromat around the corner). We stayed a week and room didn’t get serviced (only a change in towels).

A very pleasant motel overall. Bed was super comfortable, location an easy 5 min walk to the main street area, and was excellent value. Microwave inside the room too. Area around motel very quiet at night, didn't hear any external noise.

Plumbing and soundproofing were a bit iffy - when my neighbours took a shower it rattled the pipes in my room, and I could hear both sides talking. Not clearly, but I could certainly hear them (and I assume them me). Parking spot was narrow - but at least it was outside my room. None of these things would prevent me booking again.

I love everything about this hotel the owners and staff are absolutely brilliant and will go out of their way to help you and the rooms are just immaculate The bed and pillows are divine and the whole room is just spotless clean will absolutely be back again highly recommend this hotel for travellers

Very clean, well maintained, parking outside room, nice to have a seperate sink to wash up in instead of using bathroom sink.

Advertised with breakfast but we didn’t have any (maybe we were too late checking in) also there was a terrible consistent banging noise all night, maybe water pressure/pipe bangs? Bed wasn’t great, very firm. Might stay again if nothing else avail. Rooms should not have banging noises going on all night, it’s not conducive to restful sleep!

The room felt very clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should. The staff were simple to deal with and the location is pretty close to town. 2 minute drive if that. I would recommend staying here.

The cutlery was a bit dirty and I had to clean it before use. The shower needed a more thorough scrubbing but wasn't too bad.

My first visit here and it was lovely! Lily was so welcoming and the room was superb.

Garden needs weeding. We could not see any information that said the room would not be made up for our 3-night stay over Christmas. While it did not end up a problem, we would have like to know beforehand.

Very comfortable room, well equipped in a quiet location, walking distance to town. We often pass through to visit family in SA and this is our go to stopover place. It is good value for the money.

The shower was not as clean as it should be and used to be. However, overall cleanliness of everything else was Great.

Easy walking distance to the main street. Room was clean. Hot water was hot. Bathroom spacious. Room spacious.

TV reception was a little poor. No refill of coffee (but I'm sure that they would have given me more if I'd gone to reception and asked)
