Transiting Sydney to Melbourne and wanted a journey break. Googled and came up with this which look pleasant and served our needs for just a place to rest and move on. From check-in to check-out, Mantra and its Team blew us away. No question was too stupid and no request was too much. The room was like it was brand new, the bathroom spacious and everything exceptionally clean and in place. The Staff - including anyone you passed in the hallways etc, to a person, went out of their way to make their workplace, ‘our home’. Magnificent Mantra Albury..!!

Michael in reception was awesome and so lovely & helpful on our arrival. The room was sensational, the meal in the restaurant was brilliant. The staff in the restaurant were so obliging and friendly it was a great experience all up. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

If I was being very picky indeed, the restaurant was very warm, A few customers were fanning themselves. It was 37 degrees outside so a cool spot to have dinner and drinks would have been the cherry on top.

The location was great, close to cafes and restaurants, just a short walk to the main street where the cafes are. The room was modern with everything you need, although very minimalistic. Buffet breakfast was included for us and was well presented and the all the popular items were available.

The lighting was either having all the main lights on, which was really bright or just the lamps which were a bit dull in the main room part. A dimmer on the main lights would have been great.

Room was clean and spacious, hotel was close to our activity. Breakfast was delicious and very filling

Our view out the window was a grubby carpark with an old shopping trolley tossed in the scrubby grass between the hotel and carpark. There was not a toilet brush in the bathroom, which would have been appropriate and the fan in the bathroom was not strong enough

Central location with a decent view. Short stroll to the Albury Botanic Gardens. The room was modern, clean and was perfect for a weekend away. Housekeeping was a little slow getting to our room however did a great job. We liked there was a small sink, detergent, and tea towel in the room. Tea, coffee, milk, kettle, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board were all provided. The air conditioner worked well and was much needed in the Albury heat.

The young lady at check-in was not too happy to see us she looked tired and not too happy to be at work. She also didn't tell us about a parking promotion that was happening at the time. A gentleman at the front desk told us about it the next day after our car spent a scorching day out in the sun. Didn't like there was no pool. The bar downstairs closes too early. No room service.

It was nice and clean. We only stayed one night, but it's a great location as the main street is walking distance.

There wasn't any on-site parking. I called after booking to enquire about parking to be told there are limited spaces and were already all taken. If I had known this when I booked, I probably would've booked somewhere else. Parking was easy as there is parking next door, however its not secure, and for an area I don't know, I personally prefer secure parking.

Check in was seamless , breakfast was included which I didn’t realise with the room I’d booked and Wa sa bonus as it was Christmas Day and we weren’t expecting to be able to have breakfast so we enjoyed a lovely buffet style brekky Xmas morning. Room was clean and comfortable, and a good size , all the staff were friendly and happy which made the stay even better even the cleaners! Will stay here everytime we visit Albury. Thank you

I came with my daughter for a weekend away, the kids games room was a bonus and she loved it. The room was modern, clean, neat and well furnished. We parked right outside which meant unloading the car was easy!! I also forgot my phone charger but the lady at reception gave me one without any hassle at all.

Buffet breakfast was a little frantic. If I hadn’t sought out a staff member, we easily could’ve left without paying for breakfast and the choices weren’t great. A saw a few people confused with the process.

Firstly, I would have to say the room and in particular, the bathroom, was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was good, just what you would expect at a hotel buffet. I wouldn’t say it was lavish but perfectly adequate. The coffee machine made very good coffee. I found the staff pleasant and accommodating when I requested a slightly later checkout.

My only issue was that the bed linens were a little hard and scratchy and a feather pillow would have been a nice little extra.

The hotel was really lovely and had free parking out the front. The suites were huge and comfortably fit all 5 of us in there. The shower was lovely with two shower head options. The cost of the whole stay was exceptionally affordable. It is in a great location, very close to restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this hotel. We wish we had more time there!

The only thing that was a bit strange was that the bathrooms have glass walls which are not see through but you can see the silhouette. The handle of the door to get into the bathroom is just a cut-out hole so if someone walked past while you were entering/exiting the shower, they would be able to see you completely naked. I thought it was a weird design flaw. My 17 year old nephew was petrified we were going to accidentally see him in there! Maybe not the best room choice for those uncomfortable with being seen using the bathroom by their family, friends or colleagues?
