On opening the door the room had a very pleasant smell, it was welcoming, the room was presented lovely, the lounge was very clean & very comfortable, good back support. It was spotlessly clean, 10 out of 10 clean. The carpets were clean, good parking, the grounds were well kept. The Motel is a credit to the owner's & it's so nice after travelling all day to get in to a bed with crisp white sheets, I would not hesitate to recommend this Motel & I would definitely go back. Thankyou for a restful night.

We stayed in 5 Motel's on this trip & it had the second highest in price & for Winter I thought it was a tad to high. I could not get the electric blanket to work however the owner's wont know that unless they are told & that is something staff wouldn't know unless they had time in the room to put the blanket on.

We stayed for one night as a stopover between Melbounre to Sydney. The location is on the main road which is great for restaurants. The mattress is very comfortable and there is free on-site parking. The motel is an older structure but has been renovated, so the furnishings and bathroom are modern.

The rooms were not soundproof, so being based on the main road, you could hear road noise. However, the surrounds are fairly quiet at night, so even though I am a light sleeper and heard some loud engine noises throughout the night, I still managed an OK sleep.

Perfect motel in a great location near shops & restaurants, and the Botanical Gardens across the road. We stayed in many motels on our road trip to FNQ and return - this motel is as good as it gets. Owner was lovely. Our room was spacious, plenty of storage space, nice decor - cosy, clean & comfy. Had microwave & kitchen sink. Great bathroom, plenty of storage, corner shower AND bathtub. Bed comfy, good shower, excellent hairdryer. It got down to -1 degrees overnight and we were toasty warm!

Lovely greeting from lady at reception. Great location. Really pleasant stay. Big room. Asked for a downstairs quiet room and it was. Serviced daily - replenished soap and biscuits :) Comfortable bed. Good black out curtains. Very little road noise at night. Foxtel. Plenty of lights & power points. Recommend Mr Benedict’s for breakfast & Thai Puka for dinner (2 mins walk).

We were greeted cordially, though being told we were idiots for walking from the train station to the hotel in the pouring rain was not appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, warm and the beds very comfortable. We didn't use the TV or the WiFi so cannot comment on those. The kitchenette and kitchenware was appreciated. In the bathroom the shower was hot and the water pressure good. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars, the movies, shopping, the gardens and the memorial tower.

There was a minimum of toiletries and no shower caps. An extra towel each would also have been appreciated.

We were met with a friendly welcome, they had delivered on their accommodation advertised - all was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was great. Easy walking to all shops. The gardens opposite were a delight to wander through. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay.

We weren't expecting the heat and humidity, but no worries, as there was air conditioning in the room :) We cant fault the accommodation, we liked it all, thanks again, we would happily stay again when passing through.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was well supplied with everything we required. The location was excellent, metres from some very good restaurants and cafes. Jenelle at reception was extremely welcoming and friendly.

The bathroom was a little dated. There was an extremely large gap (probably 10cm) at the bottom of the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Excellent value for money. Great location, easy walk to cafes, restaurants and art gallery in Albury. Always clean, flexible with check in times too. We have stayed here many times.

Would be great to see the end of small tubes of shower wash etc. Adds to landfill. Most other hotel and motels now have refillable large containers of shower gel, shampoo etc.

Second time staying at this motel and the experience was great ...owners Mick and Jackie were so lovely to talk to ...you tube in our room was not working but Jackie did everything to make it work ,very grateful for what she did...room very clean and spacious and we were close to everything, town centre, botanic Gardens, restaurants...10 out of 10👍

Walking distance to CBD, shopping & eateries. Indian and Spanish restaurants next door, both with great food. Beautiful botanical gardens only 150 metres from door.

Little aged, shower very tiny. Air-conditioner directed straight over the bed. Outlook interuppted by derelict, closed down petrol station (can't be helped by proprietors)
