Room was well furnished and very comfortable. Excellent lighting ... so unusual for a hotel room. Very comfortable bed. Clean and functional bathroom. Spa bath an added bonus. So many choices to keep the room warm. Lovely to enter the room and find a bottle of red wine on the table. Staff very friendly. Hot breakfast included which was served down the road at another hotel about 1.4km away. Nice walk in the morning. Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate.

Parking is a bit of a problem. There are enough spaces however they are very narrow and a lot of cars were so badly parked that they took more than one space. We had to park on the street our second night as we couldn't fit into the 3 spaces available. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at this motel. The room exceeded our expectations and was very spacious indeed. We had a great view from our hotel window situated on the top floor. The motel was fully booked the two nights we were there, but the noise factor from the other rooms was zero at all times. The staff were wonderful from the time we arrived and then right thru to the last day we left the motel. The location was a bonus and only a few minutes walking distance from the main strip of shops in Katoomba Street. We will definitely be coming back again !!!

Excellent Location with quite street level accommodation & walking distance to main shopping area. Groceries shops were across the road & others very close nearby. Plenty of onsite free parking for guests. Location only a few minutes drive to viewing the 3 sisters - very good to quickly arrive to see the 3 sisters at sunrise & sunset. Family Room had a separate kitchen (between rooms) with microwave, toaster, plates & cutlery & small dining table for 4. Excellent central room heating. Very helpfull reception area, if you needed local advice.

Not much of a issue for us but be advised. Due to Covid-19 restrictions - Full breakfast option was not available onsite. Guests had to drive a short distance (very close to the 3 sisters viewing) to a nearby sister accommodation for breakfast option. Voucher given for onsite parking at sister accommodation. Older guests should request ground level accommodation if not nibble to climb stairs.

Good location, spacious parking. Lots of choice for dinner locations, within walking distance.

I was expecting to have a toaster in the room - but i guess there are quite a few breakfast places available, just down the street. I found the quilt far too hot. Fridge desperately needed to be defrosted - freezer compartment was unavailable for use because it was all iced up - I pointed this out at checkout

Staff were friendly and lovely. The breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfy. Parking on site is always good. Close to the main attractions and shops/restaurants.

The games room needs serious attention though to tidy and fix the broken pool and table tennis table and have all the arcade games working. I chose this as a place to stay seeing as I was traveling with my 12 year old son, so that was disappointing. Also a note to coin change machine to be able to use the games which require a $1 coin.

The closeness to food outlets and cafes, and close to the train station.Nice size room, comfortable, and centrally located.

Only a mild complaint, there is shades you can deploy to stop the outside light coming into the room, but the carpark lights remain on all night, and despite the shades being used, there is light leakage around the edges of the visors / shades, and kept us up a little with disturbed sleep?

Easy to find, amazing location, lovely staff

Our only downside was our room No 16 had a window overlooking the car park but there was an incredibly bright light on all night on the balcony across the carpark shining directly into our window making the room bright, even with the blind shut. I like to sleep in complete darkness, I woke several times during the night thinking the sun was coming up !

Room was basic but clean and warm. The heating was turned on and room was cosy. Extra blanket on foot of bed and towels changed daily. Close to town and the shops and great coffee close by. We were only there to sleep so more than met our needs. Older style.

After hours check-in was a little complicated as the text I received with the allocated room was not the same as the key in the safe. Lucky I could still knock on the reception door for verification. Pillows were ok but could be replaced. The remote control was not for the tv in the room . Bathroom small. Only problem there is nowhere to put items on the vanity as it is just a small sink/bowl.

• We weren’t told that you had to book breakfast the night before in order to get it for $12. Otherwise it was $19 so we missed out on our second morning out of two.
