3 Sisters Motel

Great Location. Walkable distance to scenery lookout in Blue Mountains. Lovely room. Stable shower for warm water. Although we didn't have a chance to meet the owner, but we had communicated with him through a speaker phone outside the office. He is fast in answering our queries, and provide assistance very efficiently. If one likes to stroll around and/or without car, it is quite accessible to the restaurant areas and train station. There's heater under the mattress, so we can have cozy sleep throughout the night.

Comfortable and quiet. We didn’t experience any noise issues as mentioned in the other reviews, and it was on the sold out Easter weekend. We didn’t really meet the staff, but they left us easter eggs which was a nice surprise. The shower is great, very hot and strong, great to use after some hiking. Bed was comfortable. Great to watch sunrise at echo point which was a 5 minute walk

The location is good for exploring the walks, but a bit far from the town center. We didn’t have a car so it was a bit inconvenient when getting food at night.

Great location, it's only about 10 minutes walk to Echo Point and to the local shops, cafes and restuarants. The room was good size and the bed was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We left our laptop charger in the room when checking out. The Manager Jason called us the same day and arranged to have it posted to us very quickly.

There are no spare power points in the room to charge our phones, laptop, etc. We had to unplug the kettle and/or microwave each time we need a power point.

The location is sensational & the staff were very welcoming and supportive. My partner and I are already talking about coming back! We loved having a good place to come back to after sightseeing/pub crawling.

The supplied soap/body wash comes in little sachets. It's just a bit fiddly to open, especially when you're already in the process of having a shower.

Was extremely happy with the motel stay. Bed was super comfortable. All areas of the room were immaculately clean Heater heated the entire room and we had electric blankets so never felt the cold. Parking directly in front of room. Privacy. Didnt have to have contact with staff. Modern decor. TV in great spot, Could watch TV while snuggled up in bed.

Happy with everything

It's an affordable motel in a beautiful location. It's nothing fancy. Heater works great and is silent. Because of the design you don't have to interact with other guests and there is very little noise.

Shower pressure was low when it was being used by multiple rooms. Had to turn it on and wait several minutes for the hot water pressure to increase.... Also, to prevent spam calls I have all unknown phone numbers blocked, this meant I missed a call from the motel. Most businesses email or text any required information now.

We arrived early and that was not a problem. Room was clean and warm already. Towels replaced daily. Spare blankets and pillows already in the room if they were needed. All beds fitted with electric blankets. Ample off street parking 👍

Could have used a toaster at least as no restaurant facilities available, would have just helped to not eat out all meals.

A little noisy

Neat and tidy room with a high level of cleanliness. The room had all the facilities required and the manager was friendly and helpful. My first staying at the 3 Sisters and I will definitely return again. They are in a great spot, very central to Katoomba, walking distance if desired to some of the attractions. No highway noise. There was nothing not to like. I will recommend to friends and family looking for a good, clean and honest place to stay.

I honestly don't have anything I didn't like. Only recommendation would maybe to include some brochures/information on local attractions/activities.

For the price it was great as we wanted to get away and not spend too much time in the room. The room ended up being quite nice though and the bed was large and comfy! Also a great location, very close to town and sight seeing. The man running it also was lovely. It was contactless check in which actually made it quick and easy to check in and out.

The hairdryer didn't work but that wasn't much of a problem and everything else was comfortable and great.
