it was spotlessly clean! had everything we needed! the staff were all so welcoming and friendly!! the food & service we received in the bistro was outstanding! i one of us in the group reckons it was THE best chicken parmigiana in her life!! and we all unanimously agreed that the cheesy garlic bread was the best we’ve ever had in all our lives!!! thank you for making our visit so special and memorable, considering it was a very impromptu lady minute girls trip/birthday celebration - we are so glad we did, a birthday to remember! we will be back!!! thank you hotel Katoomba :’)))

I booked my room using this app and they mixed up my booking. Having said that, the whole team at Katoomba Hotel and Three Sisters Motel are amazing. My initial experience was a bit odd because of the mix up but everything went great after that. I feel bad that I can't remember the names of the staff as I'm sure I wrote em somewhere in my journal but just want to give kudos to the team. You guys are amazing!

Great location,2 min walk from station and main strip.Basic but modern and clean room that was great for the price and perfect for a short stay.Shops around the corner and a great pub downstairs with nice food and good Saturday night vibe. Staff were so friendly and helpful.The room had plenty of towels and everything we needed.

Not much to mention here to be honest.

Loved the front bar area. A fire was lit that added more comfort and ambiance to an all ready relaxing experience. The meals on set menu were I thought expensive but the porition generous. Some back ground music would have been good. Central location short stroll to all shops. Friendly staff.

Room was a little bit dated needed a new paint .Carpets stained.

The staff at the Katoomba Hotel were well above standard. They went out of their way to help us - genuine, caring customer service is a rare thing these days.

The light in the court yard was on all night which shone into our room.

You couldn’t have breakfast in the hotel. But there are plenty of cafes in town and just a short walk. The bed was comfy. There was a trivia night on and we took part. It was really fun and the lady running it and the locals were very accepting on 2 Victorians on holiday in NSW

It’s not that we didn’t like it but the rooms are small. Just typical of an old Aussie pub.

the thermostat needs to be adjusted - everything smells like smoke because it is all closed up and too hot. maybe a couple more vegan options to eat, the spring rolls were great - maybe a vegetarian option but with9out cheese would be better

Excellent accommodation - clean & comfortable, nicely renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff, we loved staying at the hotel & will stay again. Great Saturday night band and the hotel food was delicious.

The heating was on too high! It was a bit too hot inside.

The location was excellent close to the train station cafes, restaurants and shops. The beds are comfy Thr rooms are on the smaller side but remember you are staying at a pub. But has everything you need for a 1-2 night stay

The bathroom was small

The staff were amazing. So helpful and lovely to engage with. Nicest people and even the customers in the pub were super friendly!

Bathroom was abit small but ok. Could smell some smoke coming through bathroom fan from the courtyard
