We loved the location and size of the apartment. Even though it was a ground floor unit we could still see the water and it was easy access to the pool and beach.

Maybe a more thorough clean. There was dirty cutlery in the drawers and glasses that had been put back dirty. e.g. Wine glasses still had wine residue and lipstick on them. There was also a couple of items left in one of the bedrooms from previous tenants. Also for a 10 night stay I think there should have been given an extra roll of toilet paper and more than 1 garbage etc. Overall though these were minor things and we were impressed with the apartment.

The studio apartment has a good sized bedroom with a small living area which includes a kitchen and eating area, however it is adequate for two people. The room, building and surrounding grounds are all well maintained. The pool is very nice and a great size. Comfortable lounges and chairs are located around the pool and shade is also provided. A cafe is a part of the grounds and is a popular spot offering a good selection of snacks and meals. A small shopping area is located around the corner which includes an IGA, bottle shop, restaurants and more so is very handy and the main shopping area of Caloundra is only about a 5-10 minute car ride depending on which shopping area you are visiting. The location is quiet and right on the waterfront offering easy walking and cycling as it’s all flat.

Be mindful that the building only has stair access, no lift. This is stated in the information about the accomodation but it is something not to be overlooked if you are not fit enough to take your luggage up three flights of stairs from the basement garage. There was no wifi, also stated in the description, but again one of those things you come to expect, so just be aware. Nothing really not to like however, except perhaps the size of the living area as mentioned previously. Definitely a good stay and would recommend.

The apartment was a good size for a family. Great views from the deck. Nicely furnished and very comfortable and so quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and were a real credit to the person in charge of this area. There is a cafe attached the front of the complex. It has great food and friendly staff .

Large size of the unit. Lovely views. Across road from water. Close to shops and restaurants. The lady on the front counter was very helpful and friendly.

Two of the main mattresses were very soft and collapsing on the sides. It felt like they were a bit tired and needed replacing. I had to shove a pillow on the side as it felt like I was going to roll 'downhill' off the side of the bed.

Location is excellent with water views. Close to the local shopping precinct. Groceries, chemist, bakery, cafes, grog shop, medical, massage all available within 2 short blocks. We are multi time return visitors and feel at home. The pool area is lovely, the water heated?

I guess, I'm getting older and the stairs were a bit difficult this time.

The apartment was large and had everything we needed for a 7 nights stay. The view was beautiful and the surroundings were quiet. We also loved the spa.

Unfortunately there was no internet and no Netflix's but they did have limited Foxtel channels (no movies). We knew there were stairs and being a young couple, we were ok, however if you don't want to be climbing stairs each time you go out, make sure you book an apartment with a lift. Also, the pool is not heated, so it's a little cool in the winter months, but the hot spa compensates for that :-)

Older style apartments are so much bigger and plenty of wardrobe space. A kitchen lounge diner where a six seater dining table did not intrude on other space! Great size balcony too. Add to this absolute sea front. This is the sort of accomodation that you could have a 2 week stay in without feeling cramped.

Only stairs in the 3 storey buildings. so if you did have a 2 week stay there would be a few trips up and down.

We were a group of 9, so had a 3 bed apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking ocean & 2 Studios, in a different wing on the 1st floor. All had balconies in keeping with the size of the room they were off. The location was good, a number of restaurants close by & an IGA, the beach across the road as well as a cafe out the front. The apartment was clean & very large, with the 9 of us often there without it being too overwhelming.

There was no ceiling fan in the lounge, it wasn't hot enough for air-con, fan was needed though, the fans in bedroom would only work on high speed, very annoying. No lift in the wing with the studio, with basement parking that made alot of trips up & down. Fortunately the 2 young couples were staying there. No Wifi, that bothered the younger in the group. It could probably do with an update but we were happy & comfortable, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, that were really only niggles.

Location is excellent. Has secure parking.Gated security.Heated pool and Gym. Restaurant at door step and selection of food and restaurants around rhe corner. Powerboat Club in walking distance. Close to beach and walking distance to Kings Beach by coastal pathway. Has all cooking facilities in unit. IGA across the road.

No internet. Has Foxtel. No smoking on whole property.

The view from the balcony was spectacular, The sound of the waves and the birds contributed to the serenity of the environment. The location of the resort was accessible to our everyday needs. Overall, an excellent place to spend the weekend.
