The room is well appointed, comfortable lounges, large screen TV etc. Full size refrigerator (with a complimentary bottle of wine), cooktop, ample pans, cutlery glasses etc to stay in and relax if that were your choice. Balcony views from room 703 out to the passage were beautiful and the view of the main street for the Beachfest car display was excellent. The view from the rooftop pool and BBQ area out to the Glasshouse mountains was wonderful, even in the cool of winter the pool was lovely and warm, we will be bringing a bathers next time. The location is terrific, right at the start of the main street, every conceivable type of restaurant is within walking distance. The Chinese Restaurant across the road was great value with exemplary service and the fish and chip shop just past the BWS is now a favourite of ours. The lift service was prompt, with individual floor access controlled by RFID fobs as was access in and out of the double level basement car park. The basement carparking is allocated by room number and the parks are a generous size making manoeuvring easy. There were 5 baggage trollies in the basement which certainly helps with the move in an out. The staff were very good, welcoming and very helpful, the explanation of the facilities was comprehensive enough to give all the guidance we needed.

We experienced nothing really to dislike or be critical of.

The location was good with beautiful views over the bay. The showers were exceptional

On arrival we were told they had moved us to a different apartment because the lounge in the onecwe were booked into needed some work. The views from the apartment were better than the one we booked. The apartment was nice but the lounge is in need of bringing up to date. The one reclining chair didn't work and the other one was hard to kick back when you wanted to get up. The settee was too low and uncomfortable. In order to watch the TV we had to move the recliners in front of the settee.. The place is described as a resort but it doesn't have a resort feel about it.

Good location. Excellent view. Nice and close to everything else we were wanting to do whilst we were up. Perfect location for a family get together. Kids loved the pool even though it blew basically cyclonic winds the whole time we were there.

The fact that the spa was out of action and there was no date that the issues would be fixed. We had 4 apartments booked across two different bookings. The fact that our key fobs could only get you to your's or the 12th floor made it a game of key swaps. I do understand that it is a safety thing but was the first time we had encountered the issue and we have all stayed in complexes together down at Surfers Paradise with 35 levels and never found this.

The 2 bed unit 202 was lovely, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beaches and to the main shops. The roof top area is a must and attracts us here as the views are stunning. The pool / bbq area is very clean, we didn’t use the sauna or gym but it’s there for those who do.

The construction across the road had started, while it wasn’t too noisy, it does start early. But the main road is busy so if you can sleep through traffic you can sleep through the construction.

The ensuite was terribly designed the toilet was too close to the shower when you opened the door if you weren't careful it hit the toilet. Also the noise from the building works happening in front in the week you could not sit on the balcony and sometimes even have the door open which was a shame.

Fabulous pool and location was perfect for a quick stroll to the beach or to coles. Plenty of places to eat or grab a coffee. Our unit was clean and lots of natural light, would add some mattress toppers to all the beds to give it an extra comfy feel. views from the apartment are spectacular.

Nothing to dislike about the property, however reception staff are hit and miss. Lovely lady on some days other days the man in reception definitely was not approachable at all. If you have smaller children under 10 would be better booking a place with more child friendly facilities.

The location is excellent, a few minutes stroll to the beach with excellent restaurants/cafes around. Caloundra shopping centre was a 5 min walk (Coles supermarket there) and Woolworths a 5 minutes further. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a lovely large balcony to watch the world go by on. The rooftop area was lovely- stunning views and a beautiful pool. The depth was 1.5m so not really for small children to play in but my 2yr grandson had a great time splashing about with us. There are BBQ areas either side and toilets so a perfect place to relax. We felt very safe there, your lift fob would only allow you to go to your floor & the roof and the surrounding units were residential.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t really like, more minor inconveniences. The beds weren’t as comfy as home but that’s par for the course & the aircon in the bedrooms weren’t great.

Fantastic location and great amenities. Considering we had 3 couples stay in the 3 bed apartment, there was enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and the pool was just spectacular! We would definitely considering coming to visit again!!

Air Conditioning was very noisy and while it cooled the main living area very well, when the bedrooms doors were shut, they became very hot very quickly. The team at reception apologised the next morning and did acknowledge that some of the units required replacement AC for this reason. Everything else was great!!

Enjoyed the room although we didn't have much of a view being only on 2nd floor - yes, a 'partial view of the sea'! Room was comfortable and well stocked with all we needed for our stay eg : kitchen and bathrooms. Security was appreciated for cars and entry. Location was great, right at the doorstep of Bulcock Street shops and eateries. We used the BBQ area several times and also the pools. Was lovely.

Room had a very good view of Caloundra and it’s surrounds including the sea. The main shopping centre was within easy walking distance and it offered everything we needed whether that be groceries, coffee shops , cafes, chemist and a wide variety of stores including Kmart and clothing stores

Only issue we had was traffic ( hooning) noise in street behind the building and also that created by building demolition across the road in Bulcock Street starting at 6am. But that will only be for short period.
