Spacious, homely, gorgeous views, great amenities both in the apartment itself and the hotel also. No complaints whatsoever! Staff and fellow guests all friendly and super helpful! I’m so thrilled we stayed here!

Not really anything to ‘dislike’ persay but as an observation there was refurbishing happening to the floor (painting) and there were some general wear and tear of the ceiling by the windows and the spare toilet had some cracking in the wall (looked like someone may have punched it) but none of that affected our stay or even our thoughts on the hotel!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Artique in Surfer's Paradise, Gold Coast. The location is truly unbeatable, offering easy access to the tram, Surfers Paradise Mall, and the beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Furthermore, the proximity to tram and bus stops made it exceptionally easy to get around Gold Coast. The staff at Artique were exceptional, consistently demonstrating a high level of friendliness and warmth that made me feel right at home. Their welcoming attitude added a personal and memorable touch to my stay. I must mention Jay, who stood out as an exceptional member of the team and made my experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was a delight. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, serving as the perfect retreat after a day of city exploration. I discovered that everything I needed for a comfortable stay was readily available in the room. In conclusion, Artique is undoubtedly a top-notch choice for anyone visiting Gold Coast. Its prime location, along with the welcoming and friendly staff, combined with the comfortable rooms, make it a standout option for an unforgettable stay in this vibrant city.

Gym and sauna

Amazing location and view. We had a two bedroom apartment with an ensuite which was a bonus. Clean with everything we needed. Great pool, spa, bbq area. Only a short 10 min walk to Cavill Mall shopping area. Gorgeous beach only a 2 min walk away.

Loved it all, the only thing I would say was that our room had a slight buzzing through the speakers in the lounge and both bedrooms which was a little annoying when trying to sleep. We couldn't work out why it was doing this. Not really a major though as we loved everything else

Location is great, just a little walk to the beach, the tram stop and the shops. Quiet area. View is great even if not facing the sea. Open space apartment and dimensions makes it very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped and clean. Fridge, dishwasher and microwave were in very good condition too. Huge TV.

Bathroom: the toilet looks dirty and old inside. Shower tap could be better, it’s quite uncomfortable. A few more amenities for your guests would look nicer too in my opinion. The closet in the bedroom probably needs a paint more often. Cushions need a replacement for sure. I hope you appreciate the feedback, those little details will make a big difference on customer satisfaction, I’m sure of it.

I was looking for a place close to the beach and to Caville Ave. Although it was a fair walk, we used the nearby tram to reach our destination. We were comfortable after a few attempts and the kids enjoyed the experience. In saying this, I enjoyed the public transport and the close access to the tram. I also liked the room we were offered, it had an extra sun room which we were able to use together with the main bedroom. We had a view that was facing other buildings and a busy street but luckily for us, we were out most of the time and this wasn't an issue. I will however ask for a view facing the beach next time for a change of scenery.

very friendly staff! the property also had a sauna ,steam room, jacuzzi, gym and pool which were all clean but all close at 9pm. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and had a nice view. Free parking was included with our stay and was very secure. I would definitely come again!

when we first entered the apartment, it had a strong smell of paint at the time but later went away once we opened windows for the whole day. During our stay, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear people talk from the hallway. The kitchen was clean but some of the dishes and utensils had stains on them.

We have booked for 2 bed rooms apartment but we actually got 3 rooms that was surprised me. The room is very nice decoration and clean. The room size is perfect for families of 4 to 5 people. They have all facilities we need. Location is not too bad only 1 km of walking to the main Wharf for those who have the good legs. My mum has the arthritis can walk only a short distance. But we just Uber or DiDi around cost us only $7-$10 to the apartment. Also, they have an electric bike around. The tram is just right behind the apartment. The swimming pool, spa and gym are nice. Most attractions you need are all in one place, which is the main Wharf on Surfer Paradise.

The pillows were too high. The TV cannot connect to Internet.

The apartment was clean and spacious and had amenities in the room like dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer that made it very convenient and very suitable for us- a family with children. It was spacious enough with a living and dining area, enough counter space. Love it!

We travelled from overseas and I needed help to call a doctor’s clinic (I had the contact) because BOTH my kids were sick (on 7th June) and the front desk staff (older lady) didn’t want to help me. She said it is my ‘personal issue’ and all she can do is to give me the email address 🙄. The two younger staff (a male and female) that I met with to register (5th June) were absolutely delightful and friendly.

Location and room finishes were great. The room was well laid out and comfortable. The large balcony was lovely. The two bedroom apartment had two bathrooms. They were responsive to malfunctioning kitchen appliances.

The parking spots are tight, but there there were lots available, so we always managed to find one we could get into. We booked this room because we needed the kitchen facilities, but the knives were so blunt it took me half an hour to roughly chop an onion, I'll bring my own next time. The pillows were uncomfortable, too high, and too hard.

Reception staff were lovely and keen to assist, the room was clean and comfortable as described, and the facilities (spa, pool) were great. We had a very comfortable stay (2 adults and 3 children under 10). Perfect location for jumping on the tram to explore and go to the theme parks. Walking distance from Cavill Avenue, restaurants and essentials.

It would have been great if a sachet of laundry liquid was provided along with the dishwashing supplies. WiFi did not work outside of the loungeroom.
