The kids had an amazing time: they never ran out of things to do. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The atmosphere was great too: games always on the stage, a singer performing throughout the day etc. The kids loved the water slides.

The rooms are pretty basic - but I guess that's the trade off: this is not a luxury hotel, it's a family oriented place with a focus on facilities and kids having fun. The rooms were "fine" enough. Not a criticism - but would love if they had a bigger pool rather than the small round one in the middle. Given the slides were a hit would be great if they invested in more.....

Amazing indoor soft playground by reception, which was great trying to check in with tired kids. Pools and waterpark were awesome. An unexpected surprise was the outdoor entertainment on the stage and outdoor movies at night. We didn't need to leave the hotel. It was super easy to travel on my own with two kids. Definately rate the spaghetti bolognese for kids and adults! Bring your own pool towels and cutlery/plates to use in your room. Really liked the additional of an outdoor clothes rack to dry your swimsuits. There are no lifeguards, so parents are expected to watch their kids, which I liked, as it felt like parents were really hanging out with their kids.

Bathroom was tiny and no fan. Burgers were average, but pricey. No cutlery or plates and bowls in room, however there is a microwave. Everything else was great, so would stay here again but bring my own cutlery and plates.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach and central surfers. Plenty to do around the hotel, but really no need to leave. The kids loved the multiple pools/water play areas. The trivia and activities were an awesome bonus and help keep parents entertained. Super convenient having food options and bar right there. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t even get to see or do everything in the resort.

The beds weren’t the comfiest but everything else exceeded my expectations so not a big deal. Would be great to have kitchen facilities, if I was able to cook and prepare meals I’d definitely stay longer next time.

it was so family friendly and there were so many activities for the kids. They run all day, we’re easy to book and those that you did have to pay for were not much. All the staff we interacted with were so friendly even one of the house keepers were letting our kids help her after they asked her if they could. Also have to give a shout out to Jane in the Penguins restaurant. She made us feel so welcome and was amazing with our kids, we were certainly sad to have to say bye to her.

only issue was the rooms need updated but they were massive and had so much space for the kids

The room was comfortable ,all we needed and clean , the food for my grandson was good quality and a good price. The room was on the ground floor not far from all the eateries and activities. The staff in the eateries were so good as my grandson is very fussy eater. The kids club is a must such great fun times. There is so much to do spoilt for choice. To sum up paradise resort if like fun fun fun this is the place to visit. Well done to all the wonderful staff , we shall be back.

The room is comfortable but is starting to look tired but can’t complain the room catered for our stay. At the pool we watched some children doing dangerous stunts , as there are no Lifeguards to maintain safety.

I liked how it was opened space for the children and had activities all day long, the new renovated room is what we stayed in and it’s beautiful glad we got a new room. Comfortable beds and staff is very friendly .

Not so much a didn’t like about it but what I noticed wasn’t very ideal was - Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly had hair all over the floor and the shower is very slippery being a 2 in 1. - tea, coffee etc wasn’t filled properly and the hand sanitizers melt like fish was gross and the 3 in 1 shampoo is definitely not ideal and not hygienic and smelt off, I think bringing in independent seperate bottles is a must for all three things.. - aircon needs to be able to be turned to 16 as 20 degrees was quite warm still. - the breakfast buffet should include not breakfast $20 for just savoury and that is pretty average we ended up ordering extra hot breakfast and the food was horrible.

It was dedicated to families- free fun activities and also lots you could pay for. Staff were so helpful, nice and friendly. Food was reasonably priced and came out fast and fresh. Amazing resort for all. The performance was outstanding

We had a adjoining room that could connect with the next one and the patrons next door were so loud, they tried to access our room late at night. Woke us up. The above patrons moved furniture late at night but unfortunately that wasn’t anything that could be controlled.

Amazing staff friendly and accommodating, great location, lots of things for the kIds to do with activities run all day .Good waterpark for kids under 10. Not too big and well enclosed so you can easily see your children. Coffee was pretty good.

Most of the rooms still need to be upgraded-bathrooms are particularly old and plumbing is terrible. Limited and expensive food menu. Continental breakfast should not be referred to as a buffet. No one is getting bowls and bowls of cereal.They should really have hot food items and a proper buffet breakfast. The place has the potential to have a really good buffet style restaurant but missed the mark. They changed access to kids' spaceship playecave area to exclusively those who put their kids (and pay) in kidsclub. Previously, it was accessible during certain times to all guests . The area includes ride on cars , basketball court, craft section, playarea, etc , so it's disappointing it's not included in the already high price of the rooms.

Super helpful and friendly staff! Entire facility completely surprised us. So much to do, kids friendly.and lots to do for them, restaurants on site, 150m to Gold Coast tram, they accommodate a 1 night stay. Cold fridge that's actually working superbly. They even offered a late checkout, thank you!!

Could have a microwave in the room, otherwise perfect. If you stay close to the pool area, late sleeping could be hampered due to kids getting up early and enjoying their day to the fullest. Ask for a room further away if you want to sleep in. We had and it was great!
