The friendly and kind owners, the pool (very clean), most aspects of the room, the very handy location. More towel rails than in many similar places. Good hot water. It was near a marvellous small shopping centre containing Cafe 63 and Ann's Bakery, both highly recommended.

These are very minor things.........No light available to shine on the small kitchen area (not easy to provide, we think.). No small dish provided to put the cake of soap on. Sound from the TV a little "echoey/blurry", so not easy to make out speech. (We've found this in other similar solid buildings.)

Great location. Stayed overnight for a class at TAFE the next day which was located just around the corner. Plus a convenient store just up the street. Comfortable bed. Clean and fresh feel.

Bathroom floor could use some attention as well as an updated shower head.

Noise of other guests preparing for their check out from 5am to 5.30 am woke me and I was unable to get back to sleep until they & their vehicles left. Loud talking , calling out to each other & laughing.

The executive room was extremely comfortable. The bed was so easy to sleep in. There were plenty of plug points. There was always hot water at good pressure. You couldn’t hear much noise from other rooms - barely anything at all. The owners were very friendly and conscientious.

The pool could use some facilities to lay down rather than just chairs. There was a discrepancy with the level of cleaning, but the owners are onto it with new staff, and there was a considerable good difference by the last room service, which we asked to be passed on to the person in question.

Staff were absolutely lovely. Very helpful as I needed an extra night and shuffled things around to accommodate me. Very comfy beds

It was in a good location for our event. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. We had a bigger car than car parks allow but staff were happy to accommodate and find a solution

We arrived at night and the caretakers had left the heater on for us, which was really appreciated.

The heater was quite loud, so had to make sure it was turned off before going to bed.

Value for money and the beds were comfy.

We had the family room and only had 150mls of milk for 6 people, 1 roll of toilet paper (all girls 🤦‍♀️) and the shower head was leaking everywhere including into the room

I traveled to be with a family member in hospital and the convivence of having a motel so close makes it so easy to come and go. Also I was upgrade to a king bed this was a nice surprise. Great value for money

It would be nice to have breakfast at the motel. The air con was a bit noisy.

Older style motel with spacious room. The shower pressure was excellent. Quiet location in the leafy green part of Toowoomba. Easy to access as the entry is off a side street.
