I like that it was very close to the hospital, walking distance.Free parking,clean,cosy,plenty of room,plenty of spare blankets& pillows, lovely place with pool, barbecue & seating and play ground areas,helpful staff,secure& friendly.

I did not like the leaky toilet upstairs had to go downstairs toilet or the bend in the stairway(we both nearly tripped & fell down),two faulty air cons. The large bed was a bit hard and blankets were too heavy but warm, but the single bed was so comfortable with nice soft minx blanket, I had the best sleep.

we were in the two story units , very spacious fully decked out the lovely lady at reception was more than happy to extend our departure time due to my husband leaving the hospital a little later than expected walk to st Vincent’s hospital in 2 mins could leave the car at the unit and walk through the back gate walk past a coffee shop and across the road to the hospital entrance felt very safe, private location will stay again

Whiteoaks is very conveniently located near Queen's Park, popular cafes and the hospital. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, kindly allowing us to leave our car on the premises after checkout. Room rates were very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

The location is very close to the Toowoomba Private Hospital if you are visiting for that reason. Short walk to Queens Park and to a shopping centre.

I was disappointed with the lack of any plates or cutlery. I had purchased a take away meal but found I had to eat it from the container with a tea spoon!

We took our own breakfast and it was so good to have a toaster in the room. Please put this on your website as it did not state that there was a toaster available. The location was great and it was so quiet and comfortable.

There was not anything not to like.

Lodge's balcony was very spacy, you can dance there :) Very spacy apartment for a family of 5 and everything you need is there. A bit old but the price is adequate.

The balcony door lock was broken (ripped out) from the previous stay. Need to be fixed. People are saying you must lock all doors in Toowoomba. We stayed 1 night so not an issue

When I arrived, I asked for things to do. The lady who greeted me gave me a menu for a local bar and pizza(?) joint. This was during the Carnival of Flowers month. No lock on upstairs fly doors. I like to sleep with air flow through so was a bit leery about that. Wifi was iffy.

Very convenient location. Good value for a short stay. Reverse cycle air con is nice to have. Aging property but rooms appear to be well kept. The owners are lovely.

Had some trouble sleeping on the bed as it was a little too springy for me.

Location and price and honesty After we left Toowoomba and an hour up the road. Hubby found he was missing his wallet, the lovely lady from the motel had tried ringing so a quick upturn back to pick up. Thankyou.
