Great location, easy to get to all the restaurants, bars and attractions in the area, bus stop and tram into the city only 200 metres. Room well equipped for self catering. Great views to the hills.

Google maps has the reception on Colley terrace when the actual reception is in Durham st. The lounge chairs were a tad uncomfortable both for sitting and lounging, couldn't find the instructions for operating the washing machine and dryer a short laminated instruction sheet on the laundry cupboard door would solve that problem. Same issue with the air conditioner control.

Location, Security, Pool, Gym, View, Free Upgrade, comfortable, proximity to shops, food and pubs, on the Tram line, undercover car park, easy access to road.

Room maintenance was poor, staff accepted comments and fault list very well. Faulty GPO in ensuite was a particular concern, broken coffee table, badly scuffed walls, mismatched patches on painted walls, etc. Regular inspections would have triggered repairs. Mismatched crockery and wine glasses, 4 basic 200ml mugs would be nice, basic stuff. Unlikely to retain rating unless better maintained.

Steps from the beach, a short walk to Jetty Road and all its restaurants and shops and tram, right on the main bus line. It is very easy to get into town from here. This property is more apartments than hotel rooms which is great for a longer stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. This was our second stay in less than a year. The Oak Glenelg Liberty Suites is the only place we will stay!

The room was simple but had everything you needed.

Inconsistent room freshening. We thought there wasn't going to be any . We were provided with little Coffee making and toilet paper and bathroom toiletries initially. I was worried that we would run out of toilet paper being provided just one roll for 6 nights. At about day 4 we got some supplies and then the room was re-towelled the next day again. You never knew what to expect. It was a bit unnerving thinking we had no room refreshing then we did inconsistently.We would have preferred to be supplied with extra towels, wc paper, coffee and toiletries right from the beginning then left alone.

Room was close to the beach and within walking distance to the tram. Heaps of great restaurants were close and walking along the beach was beautiful! The curtains on the room made it so easy to sleep in!

Everything was great! The room was private and the apartment is secure. If I had to have a criticism and it's not even anything but we could hear the people above having a shower. That was only when we were in our bathroom so not a big deal at all!

I was staying at the Oaks Plaza a for a few nights prior to here. I just wasn't very happy with the service or pricing there. I could not have rated this experience better however! Shoutout to Sunny at check-in who was the most awesome and accommodating guy, customer service above and beyond and just genuinely lovely. Rooms were wonderful and incredibly clean, washing machine had suds to use (I know that's a small thing, but my $500 a night room in the Oaks Plaza did not and they wouldn't give me any.. crappy service all round honestly). It's the small things that make a huge impact. I'll be staying here fortnightly for the bear forseeable future and look forward to seeing Sunny 😎 Background : I was an international flight attendant for ten years, so I lived in hotels. This is honestly the best experience I can recall. Oaks Plaza was Lovely with a good view, but even if this Oaks wasn't half the price just a little further back.. I'd stay here simply for the better service.

The liberty suites are situated in the heart of Glenelg within walking distance to shops, beaches, marina & restaurants. The apartment was well set out & had everything you need to be self sufficient, including kitchenette, dishwasher etc, the decor was bright, there was a balcony & everything was spotlessly clean & fresh. The staff were polite & professional & provided detailed information for a seamless stay. Onsite parking is also available. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Location, good parking - able to leave and go as needed and undercover. The 2BR apt was perfect size wise and the two balcony’s were nice. Good location- heaps to see and do in Glenelg. Close to other suburbs

Had a very odd smell ?vomit ?damp, couldn’t pin it. Old food left by previous guest in cupboards. Rooms are a bit outdated- broken blinds up the top. Apart from that was not too bad, would return.

We found that the location was good in as much as we found it easy to get around the city and take a drive up to the hills. On returning we found it easy to get back (albeit with help from our GPS). It was also convenient to drive to the airport where we left our car in the Long-Term parking area. When we arrive back in Adelaide, we pick up our car, stay two more night in your hotel before driving back to Perth.

We found parking a bit confusing but did get used to it before we left.

Good sized double bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on 4th floor with a wide balcony

Took a while to sort out the airconditioning - needed a manual to guide which setting was appropriate. TV Foxtel was limited to sport and mimal access to any other channels. Foxtel sport channel was very blurry so we went to a Bar to watch the AFL semifinal game.
