On arrival the reception area looked like it had been done up and was like walking into a 5 star hotel. When I got to the room, it was old and dated. Could definitely do with a freshen up. The hot water in the shower was great and good flow. Bed and pillows were very comfy. comfortable couch. There is an indoor pool but it isnt heated and is in a ramshackle shed building.

No table and chairs in the room to eat or sit at. Remote control for tv worked sporadically and was hard to understand the tv channels. Pool wasnt heated despite being indoors

booking and checkin was smooth and hassle free, we arrived very late and I had to ring the after hours number - disturbing the person who answered (sounded like I woke them up) but they were so polite and friendly - which honestly made me feel comforted (they had such a calm and reassuring voice). The room was perfect! Clean and beds very comfy, Nice bathroom and lovely spacious shower.

Perhaps there could be something in the booking about what to do if arriving late, such as after hours number or if there's an after hours key box. Because I was quite stressed I couldn't email or phone and had missed the call from reception. Later after hearing the message they left I think it would have been good if they also mentioned the after hours number or emailed me instructions about how to access room.

Our recent stay at this motel exceeded all expectations, especially considering the affordable price. From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The overall value for money was outstanding, making this motel an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We stayed in the premium suite because we wanted a room with a spa. The room was clean (and cleaned every day which we really appreciated as however much we tried to rinse off outside we still managed to tromp sand in from our lake and beach adventures). The aircon worked really well. We loved the courtyard attached to our room because we could leave our wetsuits and togs outside to dry. We used the pool once and the spa in our room a lot.

The overall facility is obviously old, but the room has been updated. The bathroom featured a large shower space, and even if it did look a bit dated, it was obviously clean. We had a comfortable bed and the shower was hot, the pressure was good and there was room to move in the double room. I am told, the twin room had a shower over a bath. It is a generous-sized room which gave us some room to spread out, which was much appreciated.

The walls are very thin and we were able to hear what was being said on the TV in that room and some conversations, and I am sure they heard us, however, everyone seemed very considerate and it was quiet by a reasonable time. This could also be due to being an adjoining room with connecting doors and wouldn't be an issue if family was in the neighboring room.

We booked the PS EXECUTIVE Room based on a previous stay

Our assigned parking space directly outside the room was always.being used by other guests who also had assigned spaces. We suggest you mark the parking spaces to indicate room parking assignment. We travel regularly and carry a lot of gear due to my medical conditions and like to park directly.in front of our room where possible.

The room was very quiet and beds were comfortable. The room was pretty big and for the price, overall, it was surprisingly good. However, the best bit was the in-house restaurant. After driving all day, I couldn't be bothered finding somewhere to eat so we went to Noky, the in-house restaurant. The service and food were excellent. I was very impressed with what we had there. Steak was perfect and fish and chips were big serves. Very happy as it was totally a cut above the average in-house eatery.

Pool was indoor but not heated. It was very refreshing after a long drive.

The room was refurbished and the beds and linen was amazing. The reception and dining are a were neat, nice decor and inviting. Very cute refurbishment

The pancakes on the breakfast menu were $20, which was the most expensive selection in the menu which is insane. There should be a children's menu for breakfast and price accordingly.

Check in had a lobby like a hotel. Rooms were well presented, modern, clean, and spacious Staff polite and helpful Pool was large and easily accessible Great parking Restaurant on site (we didn't use it) Short drive to all local sites and amenities.

If I had been staying longer, not having somewhere to sit outside may have been frustrating. Pool not heated / no cover / area could do with an upgrade.

Our room was pretty large which was nice, we also had an outdoor area. We were able to park directly out the front of our room which was great and the spa bath was massive! The bed was also super comfy.

The out door area had a gate which wasn't locked and was accessible to anyone so just remember to keep your sliding door lock and curtains closed.
