The room was set up with all the essentials and was very clean and fresh smelling. The location was convenient for us as we were visiting a sick family member. It was very quiet with easy parking.

The bed was a little firm and we felt like we were rolling to one side. The linen was clean and comfortable, just the mattress that wasn't to our preference.

Friendly lady on check in. Slept really well. Huge garden if you had kids with you who needed a good run. Nice communal BBQ area which I hadn't seen at a motel before. Good for an overnight stay.

From the photos I think they're renovating the rooms and others look lovely and modern, but mine was very dated and everything was brown. Room was very small compared to others I've stayed in recently.

excellent location considering the activities for our group ( sight seeing , golfing, fishing etc) Katrina from the reception is very friendly and accomodating.

perhaps it’s best if the taps in the sink and bathroom were changed into one control instead of separate hot and cold water knobs

I was staying at the federal hotel. The rooms were very small. No DVD no microwave. Your place cost me $3 more for so much more. I was very happy. I will not be returning to the federal again. I will be staying with you

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Good sized TV which could be watched from bed. Bathroom was modern, well laid out and clean.

The car parking was laid out with cars facing the rear of the block and to exit the area you should have been able to drive away from the road and circle the building to exit near the office. There was a large 4x4 parked in the driveway which prevented this. This made it very awkward to back out and turn round and was a dangerous nuisance which could have been rectified if the 4x4 was removed.

Room service was great, very tasty and good portion however took a little long to arrive. The room was clean and quiet. I was able to park directly in front of my room allowing me to check-in and out very quickly.

The TV in the room was a little difficult to watch from the bed given its location in the room.

It was extremely easy, modern and perfect car parking facilities. Well equipped facilities with a great security system. Would definitely recommend.

Great size room but that particular room didn't have a kitchen sink.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great and big t.v.

The fan in the shower didn't work I reported it and the poor cleaner girl had to get up on a later to clean it and then it worked and our toaster didn't work so got a new one. The room didn't look like the one in the picture and the room was very small.

The receptionist was polite and professional. Our room was clean and all facilities worked . oostay here again in the future.

I can't fault this accommodation for the price.

Clean room with nice outdoor seating area. Woman at reception was extremely nice and helpful. We did not have one of the renovated rooms and it was outdated but good value for money

Bed was a bit too soft for my liking
