Our room was a spa suite on the ground floor. Very clean, spacious, excellent shower. The spa jets were quite weak. The courtyard was the let down, it felt like a prison cell, no plants, just fence and concrete, we did not sit out there at all, definately needs some TLC. Breakfast was sent out quickly and freshly cooked, however the coffee was a disaster! We waited over half an hour and then couldn't drink it. It was so bitter and flat, the extra assistant needs to be trained in coffee making, maybe offer a coffee facility where guests can help themselves? Overall our stay was enjoyable and only small niggles that were a bit annoying.

Spa was fantastic. The access to the pool and sauna we took advantage of and aside from an incident with a kid unintentionally almost drowning another kid (shouldn't have kids use it to be honest as they were cannonballing also), it was good to just relax after a long day. The shower was fantastic and the bed was uber comfortable.

Ok. Understandably this is a hotel resort so you have a bistro, tab, pokies and have people drinking into the night.. to a point when they leave at 1-2am, they are screaming profanities, yelling at the top of their voice and unfortunately my partner couldn't sleep because of it. Not within your control I suppose and I made you aware of it upon check out. Next time, we'll likely ask for a spa suite looking away from the highway and bistro car park.

Location and facilities. Team leader in dining area was very helpful. We had come to Bendigo for a funeral and despite family members from Qld, NSW & WA; nobody booked anywhere for dinner. I was asked to try and book for 19 people and your team leader was very helpful, moving tables together and sourcing extra chairs, his efforts were greatly appreciated

Shower screen was leaking and there was mould and or corrosion outside of the shower screen (room 45). This was the only thing we could fault but it was quite unsightly

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it! The room is sooo spacious & the spa is fantastic, we love that the bistro is just down from our room making everything so convenient. The staff were wonderful to deal with in all areas!

The only reason I haven’t clicked 10/10 is; we paid $40- $45 per meal for a 300gm scotch fillet steak with chips/salad, the cut of meat was not very nice at all for how expensive the meal was. Other than this, everything else was wonderful!!

Loved everything, the bed was comfortable, everything was really nice and clean... enjoyed the pool and spa , also spa in my room was great , great staff ... Will be back soon , and will recommend to everyone Wish

Wish the prices were cheaper, so we could afford to , go away more often ... but this is for all the hotels and accommodation, not just this one

My recent stay at Bendigo All Seasons was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff provided a warm welcome and attentive service. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bistro was excellent, offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Highly recommended.

2 bedroom family suite was amazing, rooms were huge. comfortable beds and very clean. could not fault anything. car parking right outside your room. pool area was lovely and the outdoor kitchen was great. lots of tables to sit and enjoy the sunshine. staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. rooms were a short walk to bistro. we were booked to go elsewhere for dinner but cancelled to stay at hotel. Bistro great, staff amazing and food was yummy. we were a group of 6 ladies, staff went out of their way to make us cocktails all night. One of our ladies said best night sleep she had ever had, comfy bed and pillows were amazing, she wanted to move in😂 will definitely be back. thank you for a great nights stay. love Bendigo.

everything was perfect

great stay and the staff were excellent. great room, value for money and no complaints about the room at all. However they really need to look at the cooking. I ordered a medium rare steak, which came out as well done. The lady took it back and the next steak came back even more well done. I didn't say anything the second time, but the waitress picked up on my mostly uneaten steak and reported it. The manager actually came back and refunded me. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better service. Its a pity we had to book through booking.com to get their rates as I prefer to ring direct and give that 15% to the local company (this is what I normally do and most hotels are appreciative of this).

Filthy return air vent in bathroom has not been cleaned in a considerable time. When we checked in there was a shower cap that was blocking the smoke detector in the room. Also thought it a little poor that the cupboard doors where the fridge is hidden were not adjusted properly and were difficult to close. Could just have been a little nicer with a little attention to details (especially at the price)

Room was presented very well, the bed was super comfortable and I felt I had privacy within in the room and private court yard. Fantastic mini bar options also. The room was very quiet with little outside noise and the central air made the room very comfortable and warm.

Mold stained silicon in the shower was a huge turn off, everything else was very clean but this put a perception on the rest of the room and felt gross to shower in. The HDMI ports were disabled on the TV, while the TV had casting abilities and the options were great, when I travel for work it's hard to 'switch off' and usually do this by getting some gaming in but couldn't due to the hdmi ports being disabled by the hotel/resort.
