room was vey clean and spacious, the bed was super comfy.

being woken up at 10am with cleaners yelling to get out of bed and get out of the room. multiple knocking every 2 minutes, couldn't have a shower or do anything except leave half dressed and in a state. But i am not scoring down because i get that they have a lot to do and check out time is 10am. next time could at least let me dress myself and be a little less aggressive.

Room was lovely as PROMISED in your email to us. Although it took some time convincing staff who wanted to take our money a day early that we were promised a room with lake view and walk in shower. It wasn't top floor for the price, but it was a lake view. Food in restaurant was lovely. Clam linguini excellent and chef very attentive to my allergies and cooked to perfection.

Top two floors with lake view would have been better at that price. I get this price at the Novatel with top floor ocean views in Geelong on foreshore. The pool is UNSAFE for any seniors so unusable. There are not concrete steps going in our out and as we were going up and down the ladder the steps and frame keep shifting. You have a HUGE health and safety issue here that needs to be rectified. Advise. Empty pool before summer and install concrete steps, cost less than 2000 from experience.

Across the road from Lake Weeroona, which was beautiful to walk around both in the evening and morning. Pool was deliciously cold and refreshing on a hot afternoon. Having single beds in a separate room meant I avoided listening to a relative's snoring at night! Ample undercover parking.

Bathroom tap a bit drippy. Train noise woke us a few times in the night.

The check-in process was simple, and the staff were friendly and informative. We stayed in the older rooms, which were clean and perfect for what we needed. We had the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options, and the kids absolutely loved the pool (even though it was a little cold)

We travelled by train, which meant we didn't have a car. Not knowing the area I felt it was a little out of the way.

Always enjoy our stays here. The room is spacious and very clean, and having a balcony (2 bdrom apt) is lovely to be able to sit outside with a cup of coffee (or glass of wine). The staff are always very friendly and only too happy to help with any queries. The beds were very comfortable and kitchenette well-stocked. The position is great - definitely a bonus having the lake opposite to go for a walk in the morning and grab a coffee. We also ate a dinner and breakfast at the hotel - both delicious and good value for a hotel meal. 100% recommend!

Perfect location for a stroll or jog around the lake across the road. Also, the coffee van there serves great coffee! We had a 1 bed appt, with an updated bathroom, and a balcony with a nice southerly view of the property and lake.

No gym facilities. Power points behind the bed were impossible to use to charge phone, watch etc. Only one remote control for the 2 TVs and only 2 glasses in the kitchenette (there were mugs and coffee cups).

Check-in and out was easy. Parking was great, location perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable.

On check-out, staff were scarce, and we had to wait a while before being attended. The same goes for being seated for breakfast. I was disappointed with the coffee on offer at breakfast, little sachets of instant coffee, and no alternative milk options other than full cream milk. It's not hard to have a coffee pod machine these days.

The staff are just lovely, the facilities perfect for hen you are also doing some work as the internet access is quick. The rooms are beautifully appointed with Netflix available (However not in the budget rooms, I stay in the Executive rooms)Having the room service is a bonus. The restaurant and bar are great. Being able to exercise by walking around the lake which is just across the road makes for a very pleasant stay. Good value for money and highly recommended, I havebeenstaying her for 3 years now at least once a fortnight.

Room was clean and spacious. Location is excellent. The lake just outside the door across the street was wonderful, as is the nice restaurant near the lake. Good entertainment options on the TV too.

Ground floor is noisier than where I stayed last time. Could hear the cleaners outside and the people by the swimming pool. Would have preferred a quiet room on one of the upper floors.

Good size room with firm, but comfy bed. Plenty of parking. Was warm and cosy. Extra blankets. Cross the road from lake.

Be good if the mirror was in the bathroom where the lighting was very good! I’d just put a nice round one in the kitchen, and the big one in the bathroom. Girls like good lighting when doing their makeup. Couldn’t see the wifi code, or number to call reception. Not enough milk in the fridge.
