The room was so comfortable, clean, and hygienic that I could spend a wonderful week there. A staff lady was so kind when I asked her to check the AC in my room, which was not functional. She checked it immediately and arranged to change the room for me.

The AC was not functional, so I needed to tolerate terrible cold nights and mornings for the first few days (because I was too busy to ask the hotel for any services) before asking the hotel to check it. Although fortunately another room was arranged instead later, the AC should have been checked well in advance. In addition, I needed to ask three people in the lobby in total for it until the lady mentioned above finally responded well. The first staff should have shared this problem among the staff so that I did not need to ask them multiple times.

We were allowed to check in 2 hours early at no extra charge. The rooms were cleaned every day and included dishwashing. Despite being close to the railway, the apartment had no noise. The room had a Samsung TV to which you could easily connect all your gadgets.

Be careful when returning to the hotel in the evening. There are many homeless people in the area. Unfortunately, there was a fire alarm at the hotel during our stay, and we had to evacuate early in the morning. During the return, it turned out that there were different elevators for different guests. I would have liked to have been told this during check-in.

Had a few hiccups with the room, I decided to say something when I dont normally and Maryanne the manager (hope that's how it's spelt) couldn't have been more helpful and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and help with the situation. My stay was made so much more amazing just from this. All the staff were lovely, so thank you again :)

The location was great! Right next to the tram, eateries close by, and about a 5 minute walk to the train station, as well as to the Melbourne Convention centre where my meeting was. The apartment was super clean, with everything one could need including a dishwasher, washing machine and ironing board. The living room was spacious enough and the facilities worked well. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom facilities great. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, even gave us umbrellas to use as it was raining, lent me an adaptor as the sockets in Australia are different from the ones back home in Kenya, provided a list of restaurants and places to shop at, and made us feel right at home!! A bit of noise from the train late in the nights/early mornings, but that was a very small price to pay for such a lovely place!

Some seats on the balcony would be great, but this wasn't a big deal as the days were a little cold and we were out for most of the day.

My second stay here. Would stay again. Location is excellent...around the corner from Southern Cross station, tram right out the front to take you along Flinders, short walk to Crown and Exhibition Centre. Room is a good size. Very quiet. I used the gym, pool, spa and sauna...all good. 24 hour reception. Good room housekeeping. Lifts are quick.

Bed was uncomfortable. Don't bother drinking the coffee in the room...its awful. They need to invest in nespresso machines for the rooms. Tiles peeling off in pool and spa area...while okay to use, aesthetically could use a facelift. In the pool area...the vents and windows could use a good clean.

Located in Flinders Street this property is convenient to the main shopping area or close to the river venues. You are made welcome by the reception staff, all whom go out of their way to help or assist a really great team, regardless of time of day or night. The apartment was well equipped and big enough for the two of us with a separate lounge/dining/kitchen area to the main bedroom. A washer/dryer was build in the bathroom, which was fitted with a bath with overhead shower. The towels were proper bath sheets, and really soft. Room is serviced daily if you require. Was able to leave our luggage at reception as we arrived early and room wasn't ready and likewise if you have a late flight they will store your baggage. Really can't say enough about the reception team, we arrived on the busy F1 weekend but they made you feel very welcome and helped sort out places to visits, restaurants and transport all done with a smile and a laugh.

The footpath outside is not the widest and as with all major cities now it is littered with electric scooters abandoned.

First of all, I am a very anxious person who struggles in new environments, so I just want to say thank you to the staff who made my stay so easy and comfortable. The staff were really lovely and welcoming. They were willing to look after my bags for the day after I checked out (which I hadn’t experienced at the last hotel I stayed at) while I was at my course for the day. It was also really great when a staff member came up to the room to check on me after the phone wasn’t working properly. I definitely felt comfortable and supported by the staff. The room was really clean and everything looked lovely and well looked after too. I will definitely be coming back for future Melbourne trips!

Amazing furnishings and style in the rooms. Large comfortable couch. Homely feel with nick-knacks, pictures on the wall etc. The building has incredible architecture, design and finishings throughout. Amenities such as swimming pool, guest lounges, workspaces etc.

Shower wasn’t cleaned to standard. Unwashed, dirty spatula in kitchen draw. Broken lamp in bedroom. Parking too expensive at $40 per day. Other hotels average $25. Location in Docklands wasn’t ideal. Not much going on in Docklands and with road works no trams we’re running between there and cbd. Didn’t feel like we were part of the action of the city. Left my expensive hair straightener behind, plugged in the bathroom. When I called the hotel. They said it wasn’t there. Obviously the cleaners took it, because I 100% left in there.

Friendly and professional staff and service. Great location - easy access and in walking distance of most places one would like to visit and close by amenities.👍🏻

I was not overly happy about the shower being in the bath. In my opinion it’s a hazard having the stainless steel soap dish where it is positioned because one could easily slip in the bath and badly injure oneself. I would have preferred just having a good sized open shower (wet room) setup. I’m also considering elderly folk who would stay at this location, but that’s just my opinion.

The hotel is in a great central location. There is a City Loop stop right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. The Riverwalk area is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and bars near the hotel. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. We had a nice balcony on the 7th floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with our room, but Marie-Anne was super helpful and understanding. Marie-Anne addressed and fixed the issue. Marie-Anne was great and is a great asset to the Brady Apartment Hotel property.

I can't say that we didn't like anything about the hotel. There was a minor problem (super minor) with the circuit breaker breaking the circuit when we used the iron on "HI". No big deal since we were able to reset to circuit breaker whenever it happened. .
