Staff were helpful and gave privacy. The room was very neat with a beautiful view. We got fresh towels and items the second day without asking. Was great. It was perfect value for price. Will stay again

I was anxious before arrival due to never done this before, and communication was a little tricky (call, don't email like shy me did) but staff made me feel at ease quickly when there.

central location everything was great the staff went above and beyond when we had an issue with air conditioning we advised them before we went out for the evening upon our return they had opened the adjoining room for us to use as it was more comfortable it was fantastic that they could do this we will be returning

Location was excellent. Initial impression only okay, carpet in passage left much to be desired. Once in the room nice and clean. Staff accommodating professional and friendly. Was expecting coffee etc to be replenished now know this may not happen is some accommodation. Water nice and hot good showers

There was a few things that needed tiding. In the first room cupboard door needed attention. The second room the door leading to the passage needed correcting. It was noisy and would disturb if someone else was on the same floor. Maybe a bit of oil would correct it.

Loved the little separate kitchenette and lounge room which was away from the bedroom and bathroom, gave us (2 female friends) separate space when we needed it and different areas for different activities (eating/lounging and sleeping/getting ready to go out or to bed). Had all the basics and then some (stove top, kettle, plates, cutlery, frying pan, stuff to wash and dry dishes, fridge, pantry, hair dryer, etc)

Walls were very thin so did unfortunately hear a few unpleasant noises from the neighbours and the beds moved very easily so we did end up side by side at a few points just from rolling around in our sleep in the night haha

Great staff, nice, clean apartment which was quiet and comfortable. Great internet and superb location. Common areas do need some work which clearly is in progress.

Common areas need some improvement

The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities provided were also good, especially having a full sized fridge! I love the little coffee sachets (Robert Timms) and to see quality in the hotel room made a big difference.

The parking sucked, I wasn't sure about where to park (not a frequent visitor to Melb city) so I had to be up by 07:15 both mornings to put money in the meters. In one of the rooms, the power point was up near the top of the curtains - we couldn't reach them and didn't have a 3mt charging cable with us. LOL!

The room was spacious and well set out. There was a washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the cupboards. It was clean and most things worked well. There was a large spa style bath.

There was an issue with the fire alarm system resulting in the entire building being evacuated at 5am until the fire brigade arrived and allowed us back in. Not their fault, but wasn't a nice way to wake up lol. Multiple light bulbs in the rooms were not working

This was my second stay at Comfort Hotel Melbourne Central, and I must say, the recent changes have made a noticeable difference! It appears that there's been a change in management over the last couple of weeks, and the improvements are truly impressive. Upon entering my apartment, I immediately noticed the brand new pans, pots, cutlery, toaster, kettle, and other amenities. Everything was sparkling clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. It's evident that the management is going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable experience. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the attention to detail by the new management. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. The location of the hotel is also ideal, making it easy to explore Melbourne's vibrant city center with ease. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Comfort Hotel Melbourne Central offers a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Melbourne. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Great location - around the corner is Woolies and 7eleven. I have read some reviews on Google after booking and I was a bit concerned about overall condition of rooms. But they had renovation since that and everything was clean and tidy. No complains at all! TV worked perfectly, we watched Netflix Christmas movies all our stay. We didn't use any washing machine or oven, just kettle were enough for us. For this price is just perfect! Would stay again!
