Room: The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. Location: The location of the hotel is phantastic with most of CBD in walking distance and Tram station just opposite Staff: Superfriendly and efficient. Really great. Parking: Very attractive parking offer with multiple entries in the garage right opposite at 36 AUD per day (incl. overnight). That is the cheapest I could find in the entire CBD. Tip: Weekend charge is 10 AUD per day with rollover at 4am. Hence overnight parking is 20 AUD. So if only overnight parking, cheaper to discontinue the hotel ticket and pay directly at the garage (again, provided no multiple entries).

Shower: The shower design is not very effective. There is no cabin, but only a screen. At the same time the shower is at bathroom floor level. As a consequence the water runs out of the shower area. We needed to use towels to block the water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. Not a drama, but inconvenient. Breakfast: We only used it at the last day. It was ok, but as in all hotels, outpriced unless you really eat lavishly.

Room was great and probably one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in a hotel. Chocolates on arrival and two little water bottles provided each day, perfect for taking along with outings. Room was very spacious and with a lovely bathroom. Even provided toothbrushes, hair-comb along with the usual stuff like soap, shampoo and body wash etc. Staff were all great too. Super friendly Reception and Kitchen staff.

Small miss was that the bathtub didn't have anything provided to put in it except the water. But ended up easily fixed as just bought some bath salt from Chemist Wearhouse nearby to use for the stay.

Great pool, gym and steam room. The bars had good atmosphere and not too 'hotelly'. Room was clean, spacious enough and beds were comfortable. Decor was contemporary. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary umbrellas for guest use at the concierge desk were very helpful as it bucketed down with rain on a couple of days.

No pillow menu so stuck with really high pillows. The bathroom could have had a fresh paint to the ceiling. Servicing of the room was very late in the day 3pm. Could have had a mini bar and coffee machine. I'm being picky because it really was lovely.

Clean, close to the theatres and station

The layout for breakfast. Could be designed better. All the food is crammed into one area so you are juggling for space. Cold items are hard to access in the fridge. Fruit is positioned behind the yoghurt so spillages happen. An open display fridge would work better than glass fronted upright fridges. Move the bread/toast section away from the cooked items so there isn’t a gathering around the cooked section. Make the cereal easier to access rather than in glass display cabinets that don’t have much room to dish out from the small glass jars.

Rooms are spacious with all you need. Staff were friendly. A great selection for breakfast. Location is incredible. Room is very quiet. Everything was great and looked good. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the facilities but we definitely said we would be back.

The new mini bar system is a tad strange as it's not in the room anymore, but available. Nothing that would keep me from booking again. I didn't love that I wasn't told that parking was included on booking. Checking in and then finding out we could of brought our car was a tad frustrating, especially as I had asked the hotel about parking through booking. But honestly, not a biggie.

Booked one night as I was attending an event near by along side my sister and niece. We booked a 2 double bed room which was very spacious for the three of us. Room was very clean and bathrooms very spacious with all amenities provided. We were on the 10th floor and the views were lovely of the garden and the MCG. We also booked in our car at the valet and the staff were extremely helpful. At check-in the young man at the counter was very helpful and explained all the facilities. Although we only stayed one night, we had a very comfortable stay, the hotel was in a perfect location close to the event we were attending, plus lots of cafes and transport facilities close by. I would definitely book again.

Staff were friendly and very accomodating to all demands.

Mess in coffee area from previous stay. As well as after requesting a cot for our daughter we had to wait in our room for a few hours for someone to bring on up preventing her from being able to sleep. When they did the cot was extremely small and she ended up having to sleep with us. She is also quite petite for her age so wasn’t sure why it was so small for an infant.

When we arrived, we were greeted however the room wasn’t available until 3 pm. We arrived at 1 and were hopeful that we could receive a room in order to use the facilities after travelling for 4+ hours that same day, nonetheless, the bathrooms were available and spacious enough to fit a suitcase and change into a different set of clothing. Dropping our bags securely enabled us to be able to travel around the city without luggage accompanying us, a great value add

Great large rooms with window on the bathroom where you have a large bathtub and a shower.

I emailed the property to have an early check-in 48 hours before coming and never got an answer. Told the staff an arrival and the lady told me that I should check as I actually got an answer. They had emailed me 20 min before we got to the hotel… i thought it was a bit rude instead of an apology for the delay in answering quicker.

Loved that it was a king size room with lots if so we either side of bed

The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. Found 1 too be a little too hard and the other under soft… nothing in between but I guess it’s personal Choice
