I LOVE EVERYTHING about this hotel. Every single time we come to visit and stay, the service is absolutely amazing. The glass of bubbles on arrival was a lovely touch. The quality of the food served in the lounge area was amazing. And how quickly things got done. Thank you to the maintenance man who came and fixed the blind cord that broke. We didn't think we'd get to see our great view, but he fixed it, and fixed it fast. I seriously wish I could live here and be a Princess every single day, because that's what I felt like. Thank you to everyone at The Westin.

Wonderful staff, including Ian on the concierge. Couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Beautiful accommodation. Pool and spa were great and very quiet, which was lovely. The room was great. Was ideal location for our musical and for shopping, galleries etc Will definitely return.

The lights in the room, which I could not isolate, either all on or off and the conditioner in the bathroom, which would not come out of the pump and was fixed to the wall Very minor issues and was overall a wonderful stay. Thank you

The greeting at the hotel entrance was warm and welcoming, reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the check-in/check-out process was fast and efficient. The Lobby Lounge food service was outstanding; attentive but not intrusive, and our menu selections were an epicurean delight. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable with balcony views of St Paul’s Cathedral and Flinders Street station. We were treated like royalty by all the Westin Melbourne staff we encountered during our overnight stay and will return in the future.

The room view was great over the central city. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and the overall central Melbourne CBD and theatre district location was brilliant for us.

No coffee / tea served in the main lobby restaurant area at 8.00am! Had to arrange a special 'room service' type order with the concierge whilst waiting for taxi. A minor thing but when you need your morning cup of joe and it's nowhere to be found, life's a struggle... ;-)

Great location, comfortable bed. Great bar down stairs. Lovely staff

Water didn't drain out of the shower properly so there were small pools of water in the bathroom. There were limited toiletries compared to most 5 star places eg no toothbrush or toothpaste. The view was terrible - "courtyard view"? We were looking at the wall! $100 less than city view but be honest- there isn't any view at all!

My wife and I felt like we had 'come home' right from the warm greeting, before we even got out of our car, through the smiling staff at reception (obvious, even through their masks) to our magnificent "Moulin Rouge High-Tea" and our eventual 'checkout'. Rooms were spacious, beds were like heaven, silence like a recording studio. Every request was met with friendly assistance and as for the breakfast ... nothing left to the imagination with too much variety to be listed here, but make sure you try the "Westin eggs" ;) Thank you, to everyone at The Westin for making our Wedding Anniversary such a remarkable and memorable occasion!

I guess the only thing we didn't like ... Having to leave this brilliant experience !! So much was beyond what my wife and I have ever experienced anywhere else it is difficult to come up with enough words to fill up this 'question'.

The service was fantastic staff went out of they way to make sure we had everything we needed very helpful and always smiling very friendly I felt like I was at home

Loved the attention to detail! It was my daughter’s birthday and they sent a little surprise to our room and sang Happy Birthday to her. It was lovely. Room was spacious and beds comfy. Staff were super friendly and attended to everything without hesitation and with a smile.

Kids wanted hash browns and sausages but they didn’t have them.

Everything was outstanding. Service and check in, staff amazing. Food excellent. Venue and quality fixtures great. Room very comfortable.

Extra cost of having room service brought to room extreme on top of price of food and extra charged to pay by credit card disappointing after a lovely stay. Left a bad taste in the mouth, no good will.
