The hotel's location is about 5 mins walk from Parliament Station (exit via Collins Street). Easy to navigate with a map and the hotel has a sign at the entrance so you won't miss it. Parking is not included with the hotel, although there is an available parking across the street (about 1 min away). It's about 17 mins walk to some of the arenas, including Rod Laver and John Cain arena. There is a tram nearby that can take you to those venues, but beware that it's not frequent and can jam-packed full during peak hours (my friend and I couldn't get on the tram, so we decided to walk). I was assigned a 1st floor room and it was accessible by a lift/elevator (take note that I took the option with access to an elevator). The room was spacious and the facilities were very clean. Complimentary tea and coffee were available for consumption. Basic bathroom amenities are included. There was a washer+dryer in the bathroom with some laundry soap available for use. Special mention to the receptionist (I'm sorry, I forgot to get her name). My friend arrived at the hotel earlier than me and after a quick phone call with the receptionist & update of my booking, she managed to make sure my friend was able to get the keys to the room. Wonderful service and thank you for making my stay stress free!

Two main things. First, I knew that there's a construction going on next door (Metro tunnel), but the noise started slightly before 7am. It's out of the hotel's control but do keep in mind when booking especially if you're a light sleeper. Second, a building across from the window of my room can directly see what's going on in the living area. You can use the blinds for some privacy but just be aware.

The look, feel and vibe were just gorgeous- we loved the aesthetics of the Industrial style, the exposed concrete, the way the lights were secured on a cable- floating... some places think "Industrial design" means rough, sloppy finishes- we were impressed.

Kitchen could have been stocked better- It would have been nice to have more glassware- tumblers for water, red / white wine glasses, flutes for champage, tumblers for mixed drinks..Also a platter / cheeseboard, some cheese knives. Get them from the op shop ! So cheap and it was just that little attention to detail that was missing. Also, - need to cater for the coffeeholics ! we had to ask for more coffee pods !

Location and excellent communication from staff. There was construction happening next door and the property did a great job of letting us know hours. We were out through the day so it didn't effect us and I think that's what made it a good price in an excellent location.

The foyer area/entry had a bit of a smell to it. But that was the only thing we noticed. The apartment was clean and quiet (except for the construction noise - but we were fully informed about that, and that wasn't a problem).

Amazingly clean, comfy bed, spacious living room, great amenities, friendly staffs and good location. It’s only 3-5 minutes walk to bus station and 5-10 min to a parliament metro station. There is a big mall just cross the street which you can find some place to eat! Bars are close but not that noisy. I liked the mood around the the hotel which was lively in the morning and quiet at night.

Limited reception hours(7:00-21:00) and stairs from street to the ground level, noise proof is not good between rooms although noise from outside is fine. They didn’t let me know my cooktop doesn’t work before I check in(not until I complaint), I could have been starving at the day of arrival since I checked in late.. But it was just my case. Just hope that they let people know in advance!

The location is great, close to some lovely parks while being super central.

The construction right next door is very loud and starts from 7am to 5pm. This was not so bad for us as we were out most of the day, however the 7am wakeup to loud banging drilling made it seem as though the windows were made of paper (definitely are not double glazed.) Not to mention the loud sounds of the bin trucks coming past at 5am! They were even louder. I know it's not the hotels fault, however they should offer ear plugs (I had to go buy some) I know it's the city and there's always construction going on but I wouldn't recommend it if you are needing to work in the apartment / on calls, unless you have noise cancelling earphones.

The location was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Having the kitchen/dining area was very convenient. We liked the vibe of the space and I am always keen to support adaptive re-use of old buildings. There are lots of eat-in and takeaway places nearby and all of the attractions we wanted to visit were easy to get to from here.

The shower is over the bath, but a suction mat and wall handle are supplied, so I felt safe enough.

Apartment was in a great location for different trams and also walking distance to many attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The view from my room was over construction work. The noise from this works only had a minimal effect on my stay.

- I figure the room was a great price as the hotel is next door to a construction site. - Having said that, the building site starts at 7.00am (I'm awake by then at any rate) and finishes at 5.00pm. And it does not operate at all over the weekend, all good for me as I was out during the day. - May not suit everyone but was really great for me.

Rooms are modern, clean, very spacious and provide kitchen amenities. We have stayed here when attending concerts at the MCG due the proximity and ability to walk home afterwards.

Construction that's still occurring a year later. Ear plugs are offered, but I didn't notice them sitting on the check in counter until I was checking out. Would've been helpful if someone had pointed them out on check in, before being woken up by loud machinery.

Nice big property with separate bedroom and living spaces. Great location in a nicer part of the city and down a quieter lane. Comfortable bed and good facilities.

We were on the ground floor despite the booking saying the one bedrooms were on upper levels. Walls relatively thin to other properties so could hear other guests in the next room. Kitchen had fairly basic utensils so if you want to cook will need to plan ahead.
