The location was excellent. 5 minutes from family we were visiting. In a service street which gave a buffer from High Street. Extremely quiet, given we were in town. Bed was very comfortable, towels were soft, room and carpark very clean. Everything we needed was there. Really appreciated the outdoor table and chairs right outside our room. Host David was amazing and very accommodating, allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. This will be my go-to accommodation everytime we visit my family in Melton. Thank you David.

Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location close to shops and restaurants in walking distance. Onsite parking.

A lot of light coming through above the window curtains at night. The hot water tap in the shower had a dreadful whine - probably needs a new washer. The wifi didn’t work/connect on Wednesday, but was okay on the other days. The fridge dripped water on items stored in there.

David, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and your help! This was our second time staying at the Motor Inn and both times, everything was great. We arrived after hours and accessing the room was not an issue. Most of all, the friendly and helpful staff made our relocation to Melton that little bit easier. Thank you!!

Very friendly staff ( which is something that matters to me). The room and bathroom were very clean ( another feature that matters to me). The Motel was very close to the shops to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner 🍽. Thank you so much!

Exactly as advertised - a clean upscale motel at an affordable price that was where we needed it to be. Everything worked , the property was clean & well maintained, Tea & coffee provided. Bathrooms attractive & clean. We had been contacted prior to our arrival with check in details which was followed up with a clear text message

Access confusing after dark from the main road - but this was not the property's fault. There is a service road to get onto.

I liked that there was more than one bed and that there were four chairs and a table. It was handy for eating. Shower was old but roomy. Parking on-site was handy. Great to use key safe so we could check in late.

Bathroom was a little dated. Would have been nice if there were more facilities like a playground or pool.

Reception was friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Got fresh milk and biscuits on arrival. Was surprised we got confirmation for early check in of 11.30am as we had to go to a wedding nearby and this allowed us to get ready in time. Other accommodation around the area had a strict 2pm check in and wouldn't accommodate an earlier check in time.

The stay was pleasant so have no complaints.

The Melton motor in an apartment is in a great location right in the Main Street of Melton. there’s a supermarket across the road and a cheesecake shop next door lots of restaurants The car park is well lit at night my one suggestion would be to provide some dishwashing liquid as you’re expected to wash the dishes but there was no dishwashing liquid

I wish there was an electric blanket

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and quiet, no breakfast but suggestions about where to get breaky and supporting local business.

2nd day no milk or coffee, shower leaked, light gets into room

Unit was really clean but, there had been smokers in the non smoking apartment. Was unfortunately very smelly. Bed was good but, pillows were far to high for me. Fine for hubby, so personal choice. Would be more than happy to stay again.

Unit needed a good airing. A choice of pillows would have been nice. All 4 pillows were the same height and density. I like more about our accommodation than dislike.
