Booked this hotel for our 4 night stay. Surprised by the size of the Family room. had 2 huge bedrooms and a decent size lounge. with 2 TVs installed kids and us enjoyed our time watching. There was mini fridge and tea items available in room while there was a shared Laundary and Microwave placed in the staff room. Free drinks from Sports bar downstair. Location was decent. 20min from CBD. Quite place with Coles and couple of shopping villages very nearby (walking distance).. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bed was so comfortable. The dinner downstairs and the staff very friendly and hospitable.

Cleaning didn't meet my expectation. Could have been better. It was like it was done in a rush, table wasn't wiped down, during my stay, I ended up doing it myself. the bed wasn't made properly, bed cover was flat, but at the bottom sheet was even pulled down to the end or flatten nicely at the top when it was made. The shower hadn't been clean, brown stuff on the inside of the shower door floor. The towels could be updated, as they were thin and well used. Microwave in the room would be helpful.

Absolutely awesome the rooms are decorated beautifully and omg the beds are amazing I have never had such a comfortable bed in my life. Staff friendly and wonderful help.

I didn’t like the hoons very noisy on sat night and Friday nights room next door were so loud and obnoxious not the hotels fault at all. Tv wouldn’t connect to the free wifi to watch Netflix

The decor was great, very spacious rooms an lounge, amazing shower, plenty of washing soaps and shampoos provided, close to supermarket an food, loved that we got a free drink when thoughw e didn't use the restaurant, would definitely stay again highly recommend

No kitchenette if was staying more then one night would need one, not very secure parking

Beautiful small but spacious room with the basics. Excellent location & really surprisingly quiet. I thought it might be a bit loud being on top of the pub but you cannot hear noise at all! I loved staying here. So good, also you can order from the menu from the bistro downstairs from the comfort of your room.

The location was great, staff friendly and accommodating. Room was tidy and spacious for a family with kids.

It was a communal microwave and toaster in the laundry room, which was a little odd. But everything worked just fine.

I have stayed at the Hilton and casino in different states and would rate you’re establishment as high if not better everything especially that I didn’t have to leave everything was there staff was great

Distance from airport taxi was expensive

the property was very spacious. we have a toddler so she was able to run around the room.

you can hear the traffic in your room. understandable for its location so if you're sensitive to noise, bring a pair of ear plugs.

We did not stay for breakfast but went to a nearby restaurant so I cannot comment.

The upstairs accommodation was reached by staircase which was very difficult for my wife to manage because she has severe osteoarthritis in both knees. In fairness I note that the proprietor had given advance notice that the rooms were upstairs

Location was good, handy to shops etc. Room facilities were good for a family stay, liked the drink vouchers and discount on meals.

only 1 tv and air-conditioner remote in the family room
